1) Fridge was not cold at all 2) Public bath was out of service and it doesn't seem that the hotel owner planned to renovate anytime soon 3) There was only one room key 4) The drying machine was not cleaned/maintained properly by the staff, so our clothes were still wet after an hour's drying. We paid about 40,000 yen per night for this terrible service and facility, and I'm wondering why the hotel has the audacity to claim itself a 3-star?

観光地から離れていて静かでリーズナブル。部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。清掃はリモコンの上にほこりが沢山乗っていましたがそれ以外は清潔です。注意するべきなのは、スリッパがないことです。靴を脱いでリラックスできないことが残念。パジャマは200円の有料レンタルです。使い捨てスリッパがせめて販売してあるといいなと思いました。朝食は最低1600円台からと高め。ウォーターサーバーとコーヒーがロビーに用意してあるのが嬉しかったです。

めっちゃ綺麗でアメニティも揃ってるのに安すぎて驚きを隠せませんでした。周りにスーパーコンビニ飲食店がたくさんあるのでとても便利が良かったです。また利用したいです！ありがとうございました。

チェックイン前に荷物を預けれたのですごく助かりました。 また、お部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 朝お掃除してるスタッフのお姉さんが笑顔で挨拶してくれてとても嬉しかったです。 あと、近くに小さなご飯屋さんがちょこちょこあってすごくよかった！

安く泊まれるけど価格相応、でもありがたい存在です
ホテル価格高騰の中でリーズナブルな価格を維持して提供してくれるだけでもありがたいです。 ただ、価格相応な感じも否めないので、安価に京都でステイしたい方にはオススメです！ 安価で旨い立ち飲み屋なども点在するエリアです。 朝にエレベーター故障してて、大きな荷物のチェックアウト客は大変だったかもー
