施錠の開け閉めが、大変でした。又、新しいですが、温度調整が、出来ない給湯器や、1階のエアコンは風の調整が固定で、自分で調整しましたが、ただ寒かった。特に足元が.......。暖かいのは、2階のみ京都の冬は、寒いので考えて欲しいです。
