家族やグループ向け

京都ならではの和風のリビングはとても広く、大きな浴槽のお風呂やベットの布団は快適でした。リビングにはマッサージチェアーが有り旅の疲れを癒してくれます。但し、駐車場はすぐそばの有料駐車場を使う事になり一度出し入れすると約900円×2必要となります。

2-3家族での旅行におすすめ

複数家族での旅行に最適。別の家族と同じ部屋で寝るのに抵抗がある場合でも、ベッドルームがいくつもあるので安心。 近くに銭湯があるが、狭い銭湯なので、ドラマなどで出てくる銭湯を期待しないように。昭和感はスーパー醸し出しているので、街の普段の生活を垣間見たいなら雰囲気はよし。 小学校高学年くらいの体力があれば、鴨川沿いを歩いて京都の中心に行くこともできる。 京阪の駅が近いので、何日か滞在するなら、電車で大阪に小旅行、という計画もいいかも。 特に子供がいるなら、1日は子供のために平方パーク、別の1日は大人のために神社仏閣巡りにすれば、神社仏閣巡り中の子供の不満も少しは小さくなるのでは。

Great location - spacious apartment.

We had a very Nice stay at Matsu-ya. The apartment was very spacecious and had a really good comfort. The location was perfect for both Nishiki Market and Gion. The host was freindly and helpfull. We World definitely recommend a stay her.

일단 답변을 정말 잘 해주십니다. 그리고 교토역까지 걸어가기에 충분한 거리와 주차가 필요하신 분들은 바로 코 앞 12시간 주차까지 900엔 주차장이 있어서 괜찮았고 안마의자도 있어서 좋습니다. 그리고 조용한 도시에 있습니다.. 침대도 크고 일단 되게 푹신합니다. 잠 잘 옵니다. 식기류도 전부 있습니다. 단점이라면 물에 너무 금방 젖어버리는 수건과 윗 층으로 올라가는 계단이 가파른점 말고는 모든게 완벽한 호텔입니다.

距離七条站步行約5分鐘，居住環境舒適，此次包棟6大3小，空間寬敞，有小廚房、附大浴缸及沖澡、乾濕分離，可惜浴室只有一間，需輪流洗澡。三十三間堂非常值得前往參觀，如果腳程很能走的人，建議步行前往清水寺（約20分鐘）

京都長居首選民宿

地點極佳，近鄰公車、京阪地鐵，還有兩家便利商店。房間漂亮又乾淨，洗衣、煮食物都可以。房東也可以極快速回答問題。極力推薦長住的好場所。

好立地の一軒家♪

三十三間堂が徒歩10分もかからないくらいで、ちょっと頑張れば京都駅も歩いて行ける程の好立地。コインパーキングが隣と向かいにあり、コンビニもサークルKとファミマが徒歩1分以内、朝7時から開店するパン屋さんや、マクドナルドもすぐそばにあるなど、とにかく便利ですo(^-^)o 美味しい和菓子屋さんも多く、老舗のお漬け物屋さんとか、鰻の雑炊(うぞうすい)のお店など、グルメの方も満足できそう。 宿は一軒家の2&3Fでとても広々としていて、思いっきりリラックスできました。4才の息子のためにおもちゃやお絵描き道具も用意して下さっていて、息子も大変気に入っていました。また泊まりたいお宿です！
