Water park, shops and supermarket nearby. Beautiful walks in the woods and swamps. Many cycling routes and sports routes. Mini golf. Tourist routes. Possible walks: Passage du Gois, Ile d'Yeu, Puy du Fou: medieval show unique in the world.
The benefits are of high quality and the decoration neat. Its surface is of 110m2 on 2 levels + a garage of 19m2, washing machine, drier with condensation and tidying up. The living room stay of 36m2 is equipped with a wood stove with access directly on the terrace and the garden by a large bay. The fully fitted kitchen is open to the living room.
On the ground floor 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140 and 2 twin beds of 90, a bathroom with double sink with walk-in shower of 170 cm and separate toilet.
On the floor 2 rooms with 1 bed of 140, a sdb 1 basin with shower and independent TOILET.
