Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die bauliche Substanz gut. Pool sehr gut. Leider so gut wie kein Garten.Die Lage für uns (mit Hund) Hervorragend.Wir konnten direkt vom Haus aus gute Gassirunden gehen. Alle Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Im Hauptwohnzimmer ist ein TV, auch mit allen deutschen Programmen.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Der Gastgeber war freundlich und immer gut erreichbar.Eine kleine Willkommenstüte mit Klopapier und spüllappen sowie Geschirrtuch und Spülmittel gab es auch. Von daher gut.Die Strände sind gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Zu Fuß sind es schon 2 km.Guter Bäcker in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.Gerne wieder.

Grown up family get together for a fortnight in June.

Overall an excellent property with great facilities. There were some snags, but didn’t detract from the experience. Would have been useful to understand how elevated the property was, as we had a very elderly family member, but solved that by renting a mobility scooter. However, the views at night were lovely because of the height, with house martins swooping around. Location was great for Reills and Montgó beaches.

Villa très bien agencée pour reunir toute la famille ( 9personnes). Agencement au top, bien équipée et très propre. Chacun a pu trouver son espace. Magnifique séjour pour tous, y compris pour les plus jeunes avec la.piscine , même si à cette saison l'eau etait encore fraîche. Vue superbe , sur les montagnes encore enneigées, et tres beaux coucher et lever de soleil. Emplacement au calme , même si possible d'aller a la plage ou en ville a pied.( attention au dénivelé). Merci a William pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, c'est tellement agréable d'arriver dans un logement où tout est prêt à nous recevoir..merci pour tout ce sejour

Belle maison propre, bien située au calme et bien équipée.On apprécie les 4 salles de bain et la superbe vue sur les forêts de pins (pas de vue mer)et sur les couchés de soleil. Mention spéciale pour le sympathique William qui nous accueilli et dont la disponibilité et l'efficacité sont très appréciables.On regrette que la pompe à chaleur de la piscine ne soit pas branchée ce qui fait que fin septembre cette piscine soit inutilisable.On regrette également l'absence totale de consommables (pourtant souvent présents dans ce genre de location)Il faut donc prévoir huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, et toutes les petites choses dont on a besoin pour faire la cuisine.N'oubliez pas le gel douche et le papier toilette dont les quantités comprises dans le kit de démarrage sont symboliques. Ni sel ni liquide de rinçage dans le lave vaisselle. Les précédents locataires n'ayant pas acheté de produit de lavage, la vaisselle a été faite à l'eau pure et doit donc être entièrement refaite, tout étant sale et gras.À part ces détails faciles à corriger, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette hébergement

Mooi huis, heerlijk zwembad en fantastische omgeving

We verbleven er 2 weken. Een gezinsvakantie met in totaal 10 personen, in de leeftijd van midden 50 tot 2 jaar. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad maakt het nog extra compleet.De omgeving was fantastisch. Twee mooie stranden in de buurt en eindeloos veel om te ontdekken.

Casa Familia

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Von der Anreise, Schlüsselübergabe und Erklärung des Hauses bis zur Abreise war alles erster Klasse. Danke an William Germain für die Flexibilität bei An- und Abreise ! Die Ausstattung ist auf hohen Niveau, alles ist sauber und alle benötigten Haushaltsutensilien (und mehr) sind vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht super. Parkplätze sind in ausreichendem Umfang vorhanden (wir waren mit 3 Fahrzeugen vor Ort) und kommen gerne wieder.

genial. Estada i casa perfectes en tots els sentits. Casa molt ben condicionada per a 10 persones, amb totes les comoditats. Neta, ben equipada amb aire condicionat a totes les estances, cosa que s’agraeix molt i tots els electrodomèstics funcionant bé. En resum, altament recomenable i si podem repetirem. Un encert trobar-la. Casa perfecta en todos los sentidos. Muy bien acondicionada para 10 personas con todas las comodidades. Limpia, bien equipada con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, cosa que se agradece mucho y con todos los electrodomésticos funcionando correctamente. En resumen, altamente recomendable y si podemos repetiremos.
