Located on the first floor of a typical old town building, it features a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and modern bathroom.
The accommodation includes air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV, coffee machine, washing machine and everything needed for a comfortable and practical stay on the Costa Brava. With a surface area of 50 m² and capacity for up to 4 guests, it is ideal for couples or small families looking for tranquility and authenticity by the sea.
