Beautiful apartment located on the ground floor with community pool and garden, only 10 meters away to the beach.

This splendid apartment is located in a unique place, only 10 meters away to the beach. And 150 meters away there is the historic center of L'Escala, where you will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. It is the ideal place to forget about the car.

The apartment has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed-nest, two bathrooms with shower, american kitchen (with kitchenware, pots and paellas), and living room with access to a magnificent terrace with beautiful sea views. The community has a large pool and garden, where you can relax and enjoy the holidays.

In total in the apartment can accommodate 7 people: in a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed-nest (three beds of 0.90 cm) and a room with a bunk bed.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Falten paelles i ganivets de cuina afilats. Les dues vegades que he vingut amb vostes e tingut que comprar una paella i un ganivet de cuina.

Minderwertiges, lautes Appartment; Irreführende und unvollständige Anzeige

Die Wohnqualität wird stark durch Lärm beeinträchtigt. Die Gesamtanlage ist gut und die Lage zum alten Zentrum und den Stränden gut. Die Wohnung (D105) befindet sich aber unmittelbar über der Tiefgarageneinfahrt, neben der Hauseingangstür, einer Fußgängerbrücke, sowie neben einer vielgenutzten Straße. 6 von 7 Fenstern sind davon betroffen. Fußgänger/Roller/ Autos/Lieferanten stehen 1m neben dem Bett und Dusche. Leider steht davon nichts in der Anzeige. Zudem sind auf den Fotos in der Anzeige die Rollläden vor den Fenstern runtergelassen, sodass man diese Situation in der Anzeige nicht erkennt. Die Installationsgeräusche (Dusche, Toilette drüber) sowie Trittschallbelästigungen sind außergewöhnlich laut. Der - grundsätzlich durchaus schöne - Balkonblick wird dadurch stark getrübt, dass in der anderen Blickrichtung vom Balkon eine anscheinend still liegende Baustelle ist (ungepflegter Teilleerstand mit Graffitis und Bauzaun). Außerdem geht unmittelbar /1m) vor dem Balkon die Hauptpromenade entlang. Man sitzt auf dem "Präsentierteller". Zu "Lebendig". Die Schlafzimmer sind eng. Die Agentur erklärte auf unsere Beschwerde und Minderungsverlangen, dass Sie diese nicht akzeptiert. Wir hätten die Wohnung ja "ausgesucht" und "gewusst, dass diese im Erdgeschoss liegt". Bereits dies trifft nicht zu. Im Übrigen darf aber selbst eine EG Wohnung auch ruhig sein und anders gelegen sein. Jedenfalls auf die Lage unmittelbar neben der Straße und der Promenade und dem Hauseingang hätte die Vermieterin uns vorher hinweisen müssen. Auf den Fotos sind die Rollläden runtergelassen worden und auf der Außenaufnahme auch die Wohnung nicht genau (z.B. mit Pfeil) bezeichnet ist, sodass man dies nicht selbst voraussehen kann. Auf den Fotos ist auch von den Menschenmengen, die daran vorbeigehen (oder mit Rollern /Quad etc teilw. auch fahren) nichts zu sehen. Auch nicht davon, dass das Fenster des Kinderzimmers direkt neben dem Hauseingang und über der Tiefgarageneinfahrt liegt. Leider war auch das in der Anzeige dargestellte Sprungbrett nicht vorhanden. Die Gesamt-Anlage "Punta Romana" ist sicherlich gut gelegen. Speziell für die Whg D105 darf man aber erwarten, dass auf die nur eingeschränkte Wohnqualität hingewiesen wird und auch nur ein geringerer Preis verlangt wird.(Wir hatten 1737 € bezahlt) Es gibt Ameisen und Asseln. Wir haben dagegen ein Spray bekommen. Hilft lokal und vorübergehend.

La ubicación perfecta, las vistas inmejorables, el apartamento bien equipado. Pros y contras que en nuestro caso valieron la pena. Sin parking y difícil aparcar en la zona, sin aire acondicionado y ruidoso por la noche.

Perfecto, excepto por las hormigas

Piso precioso, moderno, limpio, bien ubicado, lo mejor: espectacular balcón con vistas aún más espectaculares. El trato del personal de la agencia muy amable, sin problemas para la recogida/entrega de llaves. Desde el primer día y sin dejar comida fuera salieron hormigas que provenían del cuarto contiguo a la cocina. Convivimos con ellas, pero hubiese sido mejor sin :-)
