A beautiful holiday home that is very well equipped . Inside and outside space and design beautiful . Best equipped villa we have ever stayed in . The Agency are at hand at all times , a small problem resolved with speed . We will use thus agency for total peace if mind again

The house in genereal has plenty of room. The house was very clean en the beds were done. Upon arrival few minor things but K3 has solved the problems in no time. Great service. None

Great location and great pool

The plus the house is that it’s easy to anywhere in L’escala on foot and the pool is really nice. All the outside area is great - though the grass could use some tlc. The house itself is a little tired and has a very odd layout - the basement bedroom isn’t nice and the upstairs bedroom is peculiar. A lot of the furniture is made out of wooden pallets - rather than being real furniture. K3 were great - a neighbour started to do some illegal building works and K3 called and had them shut down with an hour of it starting. K3 were great - everything was perfect and easy. Though some more house information would be helpful and the correct address for the house would be great.

La casa está muy bién decorada y acojedora El mantenimiento general, tanto del jardín, como la pintura de las ventanas y exteriores. La lavadora y la secadora que no funcionan. El ventilador del techo tampoco funciona.
