Beautiful, comfortable country house "Touzy". 6 km from the centre of L'Honor-de-Cos, 14 km from the centre of Montauban, 45 km from the centre of Cahors, on a slope, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture. 400 m long bumpy, steep motor access. Parking at the house on the premises. Bus stop "Montauban, Aussone" 11 km.
"Touzy", 6-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 8 adults + 2 children. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room, on 2 levels with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Bathroom, shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Zalig vertoeven hier in dit huisje. Zeer mooie en rustige omgeving. Prachtig zicht op de boomgaarden en zonnebloemen. De eigenares is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame persoon. Alles was aanwezig om er een geweldige vakantie van te maken.

Nous recherchions une maison isolée pour passer des vacances entre amis avec des enfants et c’est l’enfroit Idéal. Pas de vis à vis, une grande piscine et une maison assez grande pour 10 personnes. A 2 pas de Montauban et de quelques villages typiques à visiter, notamment celui où l’on peut visiter le château où à eu lieu le tournage du « Vieux fusil »...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, toller Pool, total nette Vermieter, sehr ruhig in den Obstplantagen gelegen. Für ruhe suchende sehr zu empfehlen. Im Haus alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub braucht. Für tiefergelegte Sportwagen ist diese Unterkunft nicht zu erreichen, ca 400 m sehr steiler Schotterweg zum Haus. Reisetipps: Zum Einkaufen ca 15 KM bis nach Mountauban, dort alles vorhanden.
