Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with sea views and a swimming pool in the town of L'Île-Rousse, situated approximately 50 metres from the beach. It measures 34 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, with brand-new bedding – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a new double sofa bed, dining area, TV…
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outdoors:
- A shared, unfenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m), open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 6 m² terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days

Das in die Jahre gekommene Appartmenthaus hat eine super Lage: zum Strand sind es nur 5 , in die Stadt nur 15 Minuten. 🙁 Sehr umständliche Kommunikation mit überflüssigen Kontakten (15 Mails bis zum Check in). Der Außenbereich ist absolut ungepflegt bis unhygienisch z.B der Pool, der nur von unzähligen Katzen genutzt wurde. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus gleicht einer Sandpiste mit Müll."
