Come and stay in this pleasant, modern and bright apartment just a stone's throw from the centre of La Baule. You will appreciate its large terrace, an oasis of tranquillity where you will love to start your days with a good cup of coffee or tea.



This nicely decorated flat on the 1st and top floor of a small residence can accommodate up to 4 people.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film.

The kitchen, open to the living space and well equipped, (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, food processor, electric plancha-barbecue, kettle) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You can share your meals indoors at the table, or you can enjoy the furnished terrace.
