In a quiet area, adjacent to the Dryades park, it is facing due south. You will be a 7-minute walk from all the shops and a 10-minute walk from the beach. The city center of La Baule-Escoublac is a 5-minute drive away.

It is ready to receive 8 people, and is composed of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bathtub, a shower and two sinks), a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a television where you can meet and relax after your long days of walking.
It is a duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms with the following types of beds: 2 bunk beds 90 cm and 3 double bed 140. As well as a travel cot.

Sheets and towels will be provided for an additional fee; please request them at least 48 hours before arrival.

You will have at your disposal the following types of beds: 2 bunk beds in 90 cm and 1 BZ bed in 140 cm.

During your stay, you will have :
Parking inside the residence, Hair dryer, 2 Televisions, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with freezer, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, High chair for baby, and ping pong table and tennis court in the residence.


You will also have a balcony and a terrace which will be very appreciated in summer.

Visit La Baule-Escoublac and its places of interest such as: the Aeronautical Museum Presqu'île Côte d'Amour (4 minutes by car), the Forest of Escoublac (2 minutes by foot), the park of Dryades (2 minutes by foot), the bay of Pouliguen (4 minutes by car) and the esplanade Benoît (11 minutes by car).
You will be able to do different activities such as: boat trips, botanical tours, cycling on the Côte Sauvage...

You can also go on an adventure and discover :

- Guérande where you can visit the marshes, the village... : 15 minutes by car.

- Le Croisic where you will find the Côte Sauvage, the Pointe du Croisic, the Océarium du Croisic... Pornichet and its marina, the Old Pornichet, the landscaped park ... 10 minutes by car.

- Saint-Nazaire and its waterfront, its submarine base, its downtown ... : 20 minutes.


You will be able to discover the city on foot or by bike, and you will also be very well served by the various public transports.

The train station of La Baule les Pins is 120 meters away.

## Emplacement
La Baule is a seaside resort located on the Atlantic coast, it is part of the Côte d'Amour, between Le Pouliguen and Pornichet. The seaside resort was developed in the 19th century, and its city center has a remarkable architecture. Every year, the town hosts the famous La Baule triathlon.
