The independent kitchen is equipped with a mixed hob (vitroceramic and town gas), an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter and grain coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The living room - dining room has a WIFI connection. The fireplace is decorative, not available. Two independent toilets on the ground floor and upstairs, then a complete shower room completes the rental.
