Gite in the owner's House. Ground floor: living/kitchen (2 bunk beds 1 pers.), common washing machine with the owner, 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 pers.), linen provided, bathroom, terrace. Baths Aix les Bains. The 1980s contemporary House situated on a small hill in a haven of greenery on the edge of the forest. Large terrace orientated to the West with views over the countryside and garden furniture. Cottage comfort quiet. Space mountain biking on the spot. Close to the Lakes of Annecy and Bourget. Privileged location in the countryside between Annecy "the Venice of the Alps" internationally recognized for its pure and clear natural lake, Aix-les-Bains famous spa town and Chambéry city of Art and History, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy. Lac du Bourget 13km away (largest natural lake in France). Many walks and hikes in the countryside.
