On the 1st floor compared to the front door, comprising an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room (a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm / 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Staged garden with staircase. Parking in the tarmac courtyard of the closed property. 4.5 km from Lac d'Aiguebelette, house in a fenced property with a staged garden. Spacious cottage completely renovated giving a lot of light and brightness. Very clear view of the countryside. Private outdoor space with garden furniture. Possibility to store bicycles in the owners' personal garage. The cottage is a non-smoking area for the respect of everyone. Bus stop 550 m for the Lépin-le-lac train station shuttle.
