Located in La Chaudière at the foot of the Trois Becs mountains, 870 m above sea level, this 91 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests. The house features an open living area with a kitchen and lounge equipped with a wood stove and a sofa bed, a separate small sitting room with a fireplace, and three bedrooms. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate toilet. All rooms are fitted with electric heaters.
Set in the heart of nature, the home is part of a 17th-century Provençal stone farmhouse on a 28-hectare family property with a garden and swings.
The farmhouse includes two holiday homes separated by a large courtyard, accommodating up to 15 guests in total—ideal for family or group stays.
On-site parking is available. Pets are welcome, and private events are permitted.
Numerous hiking trails start directly from the property, and climbing sites are nearby. You are on the border between the Drôme Valley and Drôme Provençale, 10 km from Saillans and the Drôme river, 20 km from Crest, 30 km from Die, and 16 km from Bourdeaux, with the beautiful Saoû forest close by.
Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee.
