- appartement bien situé proche des pistes et du village
- terrasse très bien exposée avec une belle vue sur le village et les montagnes
- 2 grandes chambres spacieuses
- appartement très propre à notre arrivée
- agence très sérieuse, réactive et personnel gentil
- l'appartement serait à remettre au gout du jour car il est un peu "vieillot"
- manque de verres pour 5 personnes

Confort correct et bon emplacement
Plus spacieux que la moyenne pour 4 personnes
Équipements de qualité (lave linge, plaques cuisson etc)
Localisation parfaite
Le système de place de parking non attribuée, et impossible de se garer avec une grosse voiture.
Vétusté générale de l'appartement, prises qui fonctionnent mal, pas d'ampoules de rechange etc.

La qualité de vie dans la station et la gentillesse des restaurateurs.
L'accès aux pistes facile et très proche.
La facilité des transports avec la gare routière à 5 minutes du logement et en plus gratuité des bus.
Très bon contact avec l'agence Alpes immobiliers
Le changement des fenêtres dans le logement ne serait pas un luxe et permettrai des économies de chauffage.

Proximité du centre ville et des piste de ski. Machine à laver et lave vaisselle. Local ski. Taille des chambres
Confort de l'appartement : canapé hors d'âge et inconfortable, salon cuisine trop petit par rapport a la taille des chambres.

Un bon séjour en famille, idéal pour profitez du village de la Clusaz et du ski.
Bon emplacement proche des pistes et belle vue sur le village et montagne.
Il mériterait un petit coup de frais, déco vieillotte, porte de placards en fin de vie et la pomme de douche devrait être remplacée, mais literie confortable, équipement de la cuisine correct.
