Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer geräumigen Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber mit Komfort, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Großer Garten mit Auslauf für den Hund und schattiger Sitzgelegenheit. Zum Ort und zum Strand zu Fuß jeweils 20 Minuten. Alles seinen Preis wert.

Zufrieden: Ein schönes Haus für zwei Parteien an ein Weingebiet angrenzend. Straße hörbar, stört aber nicht. Kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. Boulangerie 800 m entfernt. Strand 25 Gehminuten (oder eben Auto). WLAN und deutsches Fernsehen (wer beides unbedingt braucht) funktionieren sehr gut.Unzufrieden: Die Ausstattung (v.a. in der Küche) ist dürftig. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, worüber wir in einer Woche jedoch hinweg sehen konnten. Reisetipps: Cote d'Azur "rauf und runter":Städte (Nizza, Monaco, St. Tropez, ...) und Strände.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten unsere zwei Boxer dabei, da war schade, daß der Zaun an einigen Stellen defekt war und der Rüde plötzlich ausserhalb des Gartens stand.

gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung entsprach bis auf ein paar kleine Mängel voll unseren Erwartungen: schattiger Garten, große Küche, gute Lage. Am besten gefiel uns, dass wir den Strand zu Fuß in 25 Minuten erreichen konnten. Zur Ortsmitte war es ähnlich weit. Außerdem gibt es im Sommer einen kostenlosen Bus zum Strand "le Gigaro", von dem aus man auch Küstenwanderungen unternehmen kann. Minuspunkte waren klemmende Schubladen und ein etwas muffiger Geruch.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingeteilt...

Die Wohnung ist gut eingeteilt und es gibt in jedem Zimmer einen großen Kleiderschrank. Als wir angekommen sind, war überall ein muffiger Geruch, später haben wir uns vielleicht gewohnt oder ist der Geruch einfach verschwunden. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, hat alles gut funktioniert. Der Garten ist schön und teilweise auch schattig. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, auch ein Spar. Reisetipps: Gassin, Ramatuelle, St. Tropez( man muss mit ein bisschen Stau rechnen), Rayol.

Der Preis bestimmt die Qualität, dementsprechend kam man nicht viel erwarten. Man bezieht das Untergeschoß in einer einfachen Unterkunft erbaut vermutlich in den 80er mit drei Schlafzimmern. Entsprechend dem Baujahr ist die Küche ausgestattet genauso hält es sich mit dem Rest des Möbiliar – das Beste zu seiner Zeit. Highlight: es gibt einen Geschirrspüler. Was dazu passt ist das Geschirr, es ist ausreichend und in einfacher Qualität vorhanden. Das ausgestanztes und mit Profil versehenes Blechbesteck reicht ebenfalls für eine komplette Ladung.Wenn Sie Samstag anreisen ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass Sie Spülmittel, Tabs, Wischlappen, Trockenhandtuch und Müllbeutel mitbringen müssen – eine Grundausstattung ist nicht vorhanden.Wir genossen jeden Tag draußen vor dem Haus zu speisen. Die Lage ist Ideal, fußläufig genau zwischen Strand und Ortsmitte in zweiter Reihe zur einzigen vielbefahrenen Durchfahrtsstrasse an einem leichten Hang gelegen (Knater–Mopes). Das Letzte Haus in der Reihe vor den Weinfeldern.Fazit, eine auf Umsatz getrimmte mit wenig Liebe am laufen gehaltene Unterkunft die gerade noch so geht. Der Preis in der Nebensaison OK. Reisetipps: Besuchen sie die Märkte der Region. Leckere frische Ware und man lernt die kleinen Städte kennen.
