The booking through travelocity alluded to a room with a couch and a private queen bed that slept 3 people. The room I was provided did not have a couch. The room barely slept 2 people. When I asked the front desk to remedy the situation, they said they could not. False advertising on travelocity's site as to what the room would provide.

Newer facility near to downtown area

Brand new hotel near to downtown. Grocery store nearby. Comfortable king suite with large refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave. Marble counters quality appliances. The bed was very comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet for being so near to downtown area. I would stay there again.

New hotel already showing signs of wear

Dishwasher inside was filthy, coffee spilled on door, door key card did not work 2 days in a row, heating was terrible

This hotel made us wish we were staying longer.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, many unexpected room extras, great nights sleep, great shower head
Our room was furnished with stove top, microwave, full size refridgerator, leather office chair, leather recliner, clean and fresh hardwood flooring and marble top counters in kitchen area as well as bathroom. It was also furnished with plates and silverware plus other kitchen items. Very comfortable to sleep, do business and just watch television from bed or the leathers chairs. Such a quiet room we did not even hear water being used next door or doors slamming and the hotel was full that weekend with a tournment in town. Thanks for a great stay.

Great! Inviting, new, very comfortable!

Wouldn't have known from the name what a great place this was! Had a fabulous stay, very clean, new rooms, nice beds, quality linens. Plan to stay here again!

Brand new and different hotel, great experience

This was a pleasant and different hotel experience. We were surprised to find a full kitchenette in our room with a full sized frig, dishes, two burners, microwave, and even a toaster and garbage disposal. It was a bit like a studio apartment. The bed was comfortable with lovely linens including the towels. The room was thermostatically controlled and had a master switch by the door which controlled all the lights in the room ,even the bathroom. My only complaint was that this was not explained to us when we checked in. Therefore, I got up in the middle of the night and the lights in the bathroom would not work because the master switch was not on. Somehow they know when you are not in the room for long periods of time and the thermostat is cut back for energy savings so when you return you need to allow a few minutes for the air (or heat) to kick in. It was not a problem--just something new to understand. There is no breakfast at this hotel, but with the lovely kitchen and a very nice Festival within walking distance (one block) we ate well with fresh fruit etc. (There is even a strainer provided for washing fruit.) The place is only a few months old so everything is in perfect condition. They even had gas grills out back and free laundry room. Bedroom area is carpeted and the kitchen and bath are wood and tile floor respectively. This is more of a long term stay hotel. Therefore, the sheets are not changed daily and housekeeping does not come daily. If you need housekeeping, you can request it however. I did not find this to be a problem.
