I liked everything except the street noise. Room was clean and modern, free breakfast was good, staff was friendly, fitness room and free parking were included. The only thing that bothered me was what sounded like car races on the main road well into the night. Maybe because it was Saturday, maybe because I don’t live in an urban area? But, that isn’t something controlled by the hotel. Otherwise, the area seemed nice, safe and walkable.

I stayed here on the 4th of July so figured the fireworks noise would be loud. It was. Room was spacious (thought they oversold king rooms so I was put in a double). The ice bucket hadn't been emptied from the previous users which wasn't great but otherwise it was clean and cozy. Surprisingly big parking lot for being downtown. Would stay again.

The room was nice except the shower had mold in the corners and the shower head dripped. For a newly renovated room and hotel, that was the only disappointment. The location was convenient to downtown LaCrosse and the riverfront!

We stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites La Crosse for two nights over Memorial Day weekend with our kids. It was our first time visiting La Crosse. The hotel was in a great location—an easy walk to Riverside Park, the Dahl Auto Museum, and the Children’s Museum. There were also lots of good places to eat nearby. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the pool was never busy when we used it. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you!
