Expedia WAY OVER RATED THIS FACILITY! Dirty, dated, broken and loose bathroom tiles that smelled sour and like urine, counters dirty with old toothpaste. Hallway carpet coming up and loose. Also dirty. Inside noise was Loud way way late into the night. Loud traffic noise too. Front desk staff talking about having covid. Really? Do I want your illness? Does my husband who has cancer really want it? NO! If asked would I send my friend here. The answer is NO.

We had a 2 room suite which was nice and spacious for a multiple night stay. The bathroom was accessible from both the bedroom and living area which was a big plus. The breakfast was very average. Biscuits with gravy, make your own waffle, or oatmeal as hot items one day and the next day were very average scrambled eggs with sausage. Additionally, cold items such as yogurt were available. Eating area was clean and spacious. Pool was tiny but clean and maximum 4 feet deep. Location would be great for Octoberfest as hotel is directly across the street.

Both days no coffee at breakfast bar. No forks. No one to be sure dining area was neat and tidy. You at desk was outside smoking. Next day he was making himself a waffle with the guests. Garbage was full. Not emptied The lady who checked us on was welcoming and helpful. Such a contrast in staff.

Great amenities and just a few blocks from downtown LaCrosse! Walkable to dining and shopping downtown. Very close to the river for outdoor activities as well. Great stay!

Not enough superlatives available to describe our stay. In town for our daughter's wedding, staff were able to accommodate our request for two nearby rooms and an early check-in on a sold out day Rooms are outstanding, roomy, separate bedroom and living room, all spotless and well furnished with a great kitchen and work space. Plenty of room for a bride and her friends to prepare prior to an outdoor wedding in the nearby park. Hotel is within easy walking distance of all downtown had to offer while being situated in a quiet park-like setting with plenty of parking. Our new go-to for downtown LaCrosse, with many thanks.
