I didn't like the breakfast service. They only serve breakfast until 9:00 a.m., and at 9:30 a.m. they're already telling you they're closing the breakfast area.

Amazing pools and hot springs

Amazing pools and hot springs. Bar and restaurant was great. Spent so much time enjoying the hotel. They also have tours leaving from the hotel. Would stay here again

Hotel was great! Hot springs pools were clean n so great after a long day exploring. Room was large and clean, good water pressure in shower. Best part was staff- bartender at the pool bar, staff at restaurants- all warm and helpful. Definitely reccomend!

The service provided by the staff was fantastic. They were friendly, flexible and whenever an issue arose, it was fixed immediately. The food and the amenities at resort were great! Upon arrival we had a bottle wine and an assortment of treats waiting in our room. Love the place!

Manoa was excellent overall. I travelled with my elderly mom and we had a great time. Everything is handicapped accessible. The rooms wer spacious and clean. Our view was fantastic. The food was awesome with a great selection. Service was excellent. Would definitely come back to this same location. Well done Manoa!

Beautiful grounds with excellent breakfast in a beautiful area with a wonderful view of the volcano. We tried their vegetarianpizza one evening and it was delicious. We also had lunch and the food exceeded my expectations.

Went in to check in. Room wasn’t ready but room #was given. We told the lady we would return after we went looking around town. Came back our room was given to someone else. They put us all the way far corner and was woken up by construction crew was hammering down early in the morning. Worst stay and experience ever!!!

Hidden Gem !

Arenal Manoa is a Hidden Gem We booked a chateau for our stay and loved every minute of our stay Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, always smiling Breakfast was plenty, lunch and dinner had great dining options - “Le Saca”, Pizza and a Sushi Bar There are atleast 5-7 hot springs a large swimming pool and the chateau’s have their own private pool ! Very kid friendly with plenty of beautiful wildlife roaming freely which was a treat for the kids We enjoyed our stay and will be back ! Pura Vida :)
