Great hot tub with an amazing view of Lake Arenal! Also very friendly, helpful staff, very good breakfast (included with room rate), nice big bathroom and bedroom/living space, great views from the room and patio as well.

Check in process was easy, they do give you a welcome drink when you enter the restaurant but in my experience it would heighten the experience if the welcome drinks were given at the front desk during check in. Staff was pretty friendly, view is amazing, room is super arrange. I stayed there for a week and was in my room for majority of the time and the room didn't add to my experience. There were no wash cloths, tooth brushes or toothpaste. there is one restaurant at the hotel with americanized dishes, I would have appreciated local food instead of burger and fries everyday. Breakfast wasn't super appealing, place seemed very empty and dull, no excitement, entertainment or music playing so it was hard to fully enjoy. would have appreciated events/themes to bring everybody together. overall the stay was ok.
