I was a little hesitant to stay here vs. the more expensive option at the Springs, but I’m glad we chose this one. The included breakfast was amazing every morning with choices for everyone including my picky 12 year old. The grounds are kept immaculate and they literally drain out the hot springs and pool overnight and refill it with fresh water by the morning. The only thing missing from this resort is a small gym. That would absolutely put this place on another level. Definitely recommend doing the horse back riding on site. It ended up being the hi light of our trip and only $65 pp for a two hour excursion all over the property and up to the viewing point of the arenal volcano. Would definitely recommend this resort, especially if traveling with teens as they had a blast on the waterside and pool.

Everything about the property is fantastic. From the hot springs, the pools, the slides, the bar access, the dining, the shuttle service, the location, the backdrop. All fantastic. We stayed in a Supreme Room. Not fantastic. Just okay. Would be much better if we had a microwave and more room to live. Was smaller than I anticipated. The mixed drinks at the bar were not great either. Other than that, the resort is really terrific.

It was a great to ve close to everything. The room we stayed in was large and very comfortable. The customer service was amazing. The shopping is in walkable distance. The restaurants are also in walkable distance. The drive to the beach is about 5 min. We loved it.

A typical tourist place in Costa Rica. Many staff did not have a smile on their faces. I reserved two rooms. In one we had five people. The resort only provided two keys per room.
