Cottage 'Gite Oléron Piscine Intérieure' with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Set on a 20-hectare farm, our self-catering cottages are former outbuildings that have been fully renovated and converted into places to rest and relax. They can be rented independently or in groups.



The "Oléron" gîte has been classified as a 3-star Meublé de tourisme. A commitment to quality and transparency!



Located to the west, the "Oléron" gîte, adjoining the "Aix" gîte, offers a surface area of 120 m². The rental comprises 3 bedrooms on the first floor (2 doubles, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds), a living-dining room with sofa bed (TV, DVD player, wired or WiFi internet connection available), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), a bathroom, a shower room (washing machine and tumble dryer) and 2 separate WCs. Linen and breakfast are available at extra cost.



Private outdoor parking, 1500 m² garden with children's swing, ping-pong table, barbecue, shared indoor pool and garden furniture.



A large, spacious and bright gîte for family gatherings or friendly get-togethers by the fire.



The heated, covered swimming pool is open all year round, from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. It is secured and locked. As it is shallow (1m20), jumping in is prohibited. Private parking is available outside the gîtes. A catering service is available on site. Pets are accepted under certain conditions. Please respect the peace and quiet after 11.30pm. For your leisure, we offer activities such as ping-pong, Molky, boules, trapeze and swing. We practice composting and waste sorting for an environmentally-friendly stay.
