Duplex accessed by approximately ten steps. The interior staircase is quite steep. Sorry, this property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
At the top of the stairs: 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (110cm). The double bedroom is accessed through the twin bedroom. Sheets, duvets, and towels are provided.
On the ground floor:
Living room with three windows overlooking the sea, TV, internet, and Wi-Fi. Sofa bed for two people.
Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet.
Equipped kitchen with a combination oven (35cm x 35cm x 22cm interior), microwave, and conventional oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Nespresso machine (with 15 complimentary capsules).
Water, electricity, and heating: The price includes water and an electricity allowance of up to 8 kWh per night. Additional kWh are charged at €0.20/kWh. Hot water radiator heating is included in the price. Firewood for the stove is not provided.
