Located 15 km from Nantes and Clisson, in a peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards, Sylvie and Frédéric, winemakers, welcome you to this former barn on the Château de la Bretonnerie wine estate. Completely renovated by an architect, it is divided into two independent gîtes that can be connected by a soundproofed double door. Secure private parking is available on the property.
A south-facing wooden terrace with a hot tub overlooks a 330 m² enclosed garden, shared by both gîtes. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located in an outbuilding.
Ground floor: a spacious and bright 70 m² living area with an open-plan fitted kitchen/living room and a separate WC.
First floor: four bedrooms (two with 160x200 cm beds and two with two 90x200 cm beds), two shower rooms, and a separate WC.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, freezer, cot/high chair. Included: electricity, underfloor heating (air source heat pump), bed linen (beds made), towels.
Not included: tourist tax, end-of-stay cleaning (€150/stay).
