Nest Beach House – Your New Private Beachfront Getaway in Playa San Diego

Located in the exclusive Playa San Diego, we are about 30 minutes from the International Airport and 35 minutes from the capital city, San Salvador. Tunco Beach is 20 minutes away, and the lively town of La Libertad is just 10 minutes from the property. Explore local shops, markets, and the Puerto La Libertad port (Malecón), famous for its fresh seafood market and weekend events at Sunset Park.

Please note: the house does not have running hot water. However, due to the region’s warm climate year-round, the water comes out at a comfortable temperature.

Pricing & Guests:

- Base price is for 10 guests.
- We can host up to 24 guests.
- Additional guests after 10 are $15 per night, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
Check-in and check-out times are fixed for logistical reasons and cannot be modified.
We have guests arriving before and after your stay.

Air Conditioning Reminder: To help maintain the property in optimal condition, please turn off the air conditioning whenever you will be away from the property for an extended period during your stay.

Wildlife Notice:
Birds, geckos, and other animals may be present on the property. As this is a natural setting, these animals are beyond our control.

Hot Water:
The property does not offer hot water. Please plan accordingly.

Pool & Jacuzzi Rules

Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Both are open 24/7 except during cleaning and disinfection.

- No pets allowed
- Towels: Based on past experiences, we no longer provide towels. Guests must bring their own.
- Kitchen Use: Guests must clean dishes and leave the kitchen tidy.
- Smoking: Only allowed in outdoor/open areas. Violations incur a $500 fine.
- Small Gatherings: Allowed; music must be kept at a respectful level.
- Large Parties: Must be approved in advance by the host.
- Pool Rules: Shower before entering, no glass allowed, loud music is prohibited unless approved.
- Grass Areas: Please do not play ball or sports on the lawn to maintain safety and comfort for all guests.

A solo 30 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional y 35 minutos de San Salvador. Tunco Beach está a 20 minutos y La Libertad a 10 minutos, con mercados, tiendas y el puerto de Puerto La Libertad, famoso por su mercado de mariscos y eventos los fines de semana en Sunset Park.

The communication was fantastic. Every day the pool was cleaned early AM, the beach access was amazing. Great waves to play in on the beach. The rooms were clean and the house was spotless. We stayed for 8 days. The host has the best cleaner ever. She swapped linens out mid stay. (She asked if we wanted them more often.) She did our personal laundry for us when we asked if there was a laundromat we could go to. Great recommendations on local food. I could not recommend this house more for an amazing vacation!

Very accomodating

We stayed a total of 10 days and loved the closenest to everything. The Groundskeeper Jefferson was the best always available if anything was needed, but yet, giving enough privacy.

There’s almost nothing negative to say about this place, everything in the property was good, clean , service good we really liked the place, but there’s only one thing that I will like to mention, the road to get there is in terrible condition I wish all owners do something to fix the road and everything will be perfect, but thank you to the personnel and to the owners Manuel.

Beautiful Cozy Family Ranch

We loved the place!! Very cozy and spacious. AC in each room was the best! Plus, every single room has its own bathroom, The outdoors patio with the hammocks was the best because you can enjoy the breeze from the sea, and they are so comfy to take naps. The pool was amazing, super clean thanks to Jeferson that cleaned it every single morning! He is the BEST!! He was always there if we needed anything. Private access to the beach was so convenient. Also, I want to thank Ali for cleaning the house, the bathrooms, the patio and she changed our beds sheets 2x in a week. I really recommend this place, also if you don't feel like cooking you can always order food to be delivered either by Jeferson or Ali they were so amicable and helpful in our stayed. Mr. Manuel all I can say is that you have the BEST personnel in your rental house.

Cozy, private, and very well taken care of! We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this cozy and private beach house. The space was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and everything worked perfectly (AC, fridge, stove, etc.). No issues at all. A special mention to Lilian, who greeted us and took great care of us throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Communication with her was top-notch. She even came to cook for us a few times and helped coordinate food deliveries from a restaurant they recommended. Her support made a big difference in our experience. The only downside (and this is something beyond the host’s control) is the beach area right in front of the house. There was quite a bit of debris, and the city could definitely make more of an effort to keep it clean. We’d suggest being cautious when walking barefoot. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place and plan to return :)
