THIS SPECTACULAR VILLA has a spacious and beautifully decorated efficiency penthouse apartment on the third floor at $2500 USD/month, $750 USD/week and $115 USD/day
2 NIGHTS MINIMUM with queen bed and extra sleeping area, private terrace with great ocean views. Renting from mid November to May 31st. We overlook a small cultural community specializing in the arts, on the Tenacatita Bay in the Pacific Ocean. Only a few minutes walk down to the town center which features many shops and an artisans market on Fridays, and the beach, said to be the safest for swimming on the Costalegre.

The apartment has fantastic ocean views, fully equipped kitchen, a queen size plus a sleep sofa, and maid service three times per week. Guests have access to the swimming pool, wireless internet.

Enjoy pickle ball, tennis, boating, and fishing. Several world class resorts are located nearby. Melaque and Barra de Navidad can be reached by bus and taxi daily for additional shopping and banking.
