Beautiful Apartment, in the green Royal Park .. in the Corralejo near the center, a few meters from the shops and restaurants of the city and only 300 meters from the town beach, comfortable and equipped with everything, has a beautiful terrace overlooking the palm grove, ideal for a rest and a wonderful holiday in Fuerteventura.
The BeauttyPalm is equipped with a small but well-equipped kitchen, c ^ is all you need, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, the room has a great dining corner, a living room with sofa and flat screen TV flat, a fabulous sattellitare implant and a skin stero hifi.

14 Tage Urlaub in der Wohnung

Waren im Februar 2019 insgesamt 14 Tage in der Wohnung. Besonders gut fanden wir die Lage der Wohnung, in einer "Seitenstraße" aber doch nur 1min von der Hauptstraße Corralejos mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafes, Shoppingmalls, Bars und einen Supermarkt (SuperSpar) der auch nur 1-2Minuten entfernt liegt. Der Strand und die fabelhaften DĂŒnen waren ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Allgemeinzustand der Wohnung ist gut und es funktioniert alles, wie es soll. Man merkt dass alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was fĂŒr uns kein Problem war. Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen großzĂŒgigen Balkon, auf dem man ab 12Uhr mittags Sonne hat. Negativ ist uns aber aufgefallen, dass "Kleinigkeiten" wie ein Föhn fehlen, der Sonnenschirm kaputt war und das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber war. Der Dunstabzug in der KĂŒche mĂŒsste ebenfalls gereinigt bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Das Bad ist o.k aber hier kann man schon deutliche gebrauchsspuren erkennen. Leider hat die Wohnung kein Internet (Wifi) obowhl in der Wohnung von den Nachbarwohnungen zahlreiche Wifi Connections angezeigt werden. Tipp fĂŒrs Wifi: Wer Internet braucht kann hinter dem BurgerKing in das Hotel "La Branda" gehen, dort kann man sich einen mobilen Wifi Router (der auf ganz Fuerteventura funktioniert) leihen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt gut. Durchwegs eine solide Wohnung aber mit ein bisschen mehr Erneuerung (und ein kleinen Investitionen) könnte man die Wohnung optisch sowie funktionell enorm aufwerten. 3 Sterne von uns. Decent apartment for the money and in a very central location. Has a nice big balcony. Fixtures etc OK, though the cooker etc could do with an upgrade. Would happily come again

The apartment is in good position on a lovely quiet complex .It was clean and kitchen had good selection of utensils .perhaps a kettle could be considered we managed with a saucepan . The beds were comfy and bed linen spotless The lock on the patio needs mending it does lock but takes some force . Mr David was very helpful and obliging would stay there again

Brilliant location very short walk to all amenities

Quite spacious but needs a bit of updating.David the manager was brilliant and very helpful. A kettle and a bread knife are needed but otherwise adequate kitchen utensils Lovely town and harbour with good shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

very dirty, broken door frame, safe broken, not as advertised

Very dirty had to go and buy cleaning products to clean all the floors, the bath, the sink. Used sanitary products in the bathroom bin. The door frame to the front door was completely hanging off. When I messaged about the safe the reply I received was it’s broken. The patio door had obviously been broken into at some point so was difficult to lock/ unlock and wouldn’t close. The towels were very thin and we only had one each for the whole of our stay. One pillow each which one of them was so stained even the pillow case. No hairdryer as advertised so I didn’t take one with me so was unable to dry my hair. We spent the first day of our holiday shopping/ cleaning! We did not feel safe as the property had obviously been broken into and the safe was broken. We were unable to contact the owner about collection of the keys until the day before we flew and when eventually he messaged me we had to collect from a restaurant in town which we then had to walk from with all of our luggage. If you want a holiday where you can relax, enjoy the sun etc AVOID as you will need to be Cleaning before you can even unpack.

Mooi appartement op zonnig Fuerteventura.

Een uitstekend appartement gelegen op mooie locatie en op korte loopafstand van het centrum van Corralejo. Appartement was schoon zo ook het beddengoed. Sleuteloverdracht [contact via app] was prima, volgens afspraak en keurig op tijd Verbeterpunten: 1 handdoek p.p. is erg weinig. Wifi op het park is aanwezig maar code is niet bekend.
