Casa Patio - Large apartment with its own terrace and patio by the sea.
The rental price includes all taxes, ancillary and final cleaning costs.
When occupying more than 2 people, the rental price increases by € 15 each for the 3rd and 4th person per night.
The apartment is registered under number VV-35/2/17 as a vacation home with the island government (Cabildo de Fuerteventura).
Description of the apartment:
The apartment has a 40sqm living and dining room, which is followed by the 15sqm kitchen. You can enjoy sea views from both the living / dining room and the kitchen. The living room is directly connected to the 64 sqm patio. From there you have access to a private terrace with views of Corralejo Bay and Isla de Lobos. 2 bedrooms (both with air conditioning) and a bathroom with a large shower area complete the equipment. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Spanish and German television as well as WiFi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, induction cooker, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Self-catering get their money's worth here. The beach is only 30 meters away.
Shops and restaurants on the doorstep and in the immediate vicinity.

A REFAIRE

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé prÚs du port et de tous les commerce. Il est trÚs spacieux et trÚs propre et trÚs lumineux. Confort au niveau de la literie et du linge de maison. Il est trÚs beau. 2 belles terrasses. La personne qui nous a accueillie est charmante. (petit bémol au niveau de l'insonorisation et manque un petit éclairage terrasse supérieur ainsi qu'un rideau porte entrée). Mais nous reviendrons sans problÚme car il est top !

Fabulous apartment in a great location

This is a very well appointed apartment with lovely views out to sea and Lobos island. Very good communication from our guest manager, Joa. Great location in Corralejo’s beautiful old town. Highly recommend.

Schöner Meerblick, zentrale Lage

Trotz der Lage direkt an der FußgĂ€ngerzone ist es in der gerĂ€umigen und sehr sauberen Wohnung ruhig. Der Patio ist gleichzeitig Eingangsbereich fĂŒr die beiden anderen Appartments. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick zum Meer und in die Sterne. Einzig der aufsteigende Essensgeruch aus dem darunterliegenden Döner-Lokal ist manchmal störend. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung durch Joa.

Great views, perfect for one person or a couple.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean & spacious. Perfect apartment for one person or a couple. The sun deck area has a fabulous view of the harbour & sea. It could be made even better if it had a purpose built shaded area rather than having to rely on the parasol provided as the welcome Fuerte winds meant we needed to tie it down each day. We’d booked it as it was described as having two air conditioned bedrooms. Unfortunately, the listing was changed after we’d booked & we weren’t made aware that the one bedroom only had a freestanding fan & a ceiling fan, which in the June heat was ineffectual. The windows couldn’t be left open at night due to the night club across the street being open 10pm - 5.30am every night. As we were two friends we needed 2 bedrooms and found the one very hot. The manager & cleaner were both helpful.

Great location and clean apartment

Do not be put off by this apartment entrance next to a kebab shop - you hear and see nothing when inside and have great harbour views. You are between the avanti and Marquesina hotels with harbour and sea views from the large living area and roof top patio. A well equipped and clean spacious apartment and great value for money - we have booked again - thank you

Fantastic location with great view over the sea

This is our second time renting this apartment and yet again it didn’t disappoint. It is a lovely clean apartment with plenty of space and great views. It is in a great location with the music square and main high street virtually just outside the door. Joa the apartment manager is really helpful and always answers messages promptly. It is a gem and will definitely be back.

Surprisingly good, in fact perfect

As other reviews mention you cannot help but have some concerns regards this property being over a kebab shop. Relax this place is a very rare 10 out of 10 for me, the kebab shop is not an issue in fact it was handy for a late night snack. The apartment has so much space, is in good order and has everything you need to feel at home. We do not return to the same place ever but this one will be the exception, great views of the harbour and sea front and from the higher roof solarium you can look at the Main Street below. The music square is around 70m away and can hardly hear it from within the property, if you want to listen to the music take a wine or a rum up on the roof. Jao checked us in and out and was very helpful particularly when we need to remain later than the check out time. To sum up this place was in the prefect spot for everything, although late bars were near by they did not disturb our peace, everything you need including iron, hair dryer, washing machine, cooker and dish washer are in place and all for a very reasonable price. This truly was the perfect place for us thank you Jao and the owners

Location, location, location!

We have been staying as this property for many years, the location and view is unbeatable. Thomas and his team always go above and beyond to help in any way. Parking has got more difficult over the years but still manageable. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There have been some changes to the 2 bedroom apartment and the terrace since we last stayed and we felt it had lost some of its charm..but I’m sure it will be top of the list should we wish to visit again!

To be honest we were initially a bit put off by the location above a kebab shop. However we can honestly say that it is one of the smartest and most comfortable apartments that we have ever had the pleasure of renting. It's very well appointed with all the equipment that you could want in the kitchen and there is a great smart TV and a very nice bathroom. However probably the most winning feature is the huge picture window which gives you a great view of the harbour and it's a very nice place to watch sunrise. We also liked the 2 terraces which give you every opportunity to enjoy the sun and/or get out of the wind. Although it's in the town centre the noise tends to die down before midnight and the double glazing is very well insulated.

Great location for everything

We had a great week at this property. It is in a fantastic spot not far from the local supermarket and Main Street with lots of restaurants and bars. The music square is very near and you can listen to the music from the terrace. Communication with Joa the property manager was really good and she is very helpful and speaks good English. We will book again with no hesitation 5 stars all round.

Perfect stay, amazing apartment.

Stayed at the apartment 6 months later than planned (due to covid) but wow was it worth the wait. The apartment was immaculately clean on arrival, and is so well equipt - a real home from home. Comfy beds, great shower with plenty of hot water. Stay in private rentals at least 4 times a year but have never stayed anywhere where the owner is so keen to ensure the guests have everything they need for a perfect stay - nothing was too much trouble for Thomas. The views from the huge lounge windows are stunning (same from the roof terrace). We sat and read all day watching the ferries going in and out - despite being in town, still felt really peaceful. Previously in Corralejo I've stayed slightly out of town - felt so spoilt here this time - music square just steps away, as is the sea front. The location really couldn't be beaten. Cannot wait to return as soon as we can. Thank you Thomas! (& was lovely to meet you during our stay)

Fantastic location , fantastic views

Had brilliant communication from Thomas the owner all the way through the booking as our booking was during the covid . Property is brilliant and as shown in the pictures , modern and extremely clean and lots extension cables and plug sockets if required . As stated tv channels are German or Spanish .no fans required as air con in bedroom and with windows opening living space cool . Location you can’t beat beach 30 seconds to the left , music square 30 seconds to your right . Slight issue the centre is now pedestrian only but lots of free parking within 5 minutes walk and right next door to the taxis . You can drive through this area to drop your cases off by driving past the police station .Only issue I was expecting the courtyard to be more private and the Roof area . This was not the case and the smaller apartment above has a roof terrace right next to you and they gain access to there apartment walking through the courtyard . Also owned by Thomas . Overall a great apartment and a great owner .
