The apartment is the number 1 in Oliastur - freshly refurbished and tastefully decorated and large enough for up to six friends or family. Three bedrooms, an open living room with a patio, separate kitchen and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other with a walk-in shower will be your home in the sun. Everything you need is taken care of; a fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed linen, Wifi, Sat TV and even sea view from the master bedroom. The house is equipped with a lift and a small, nice pool on the huge communal roof terrace, giving you one of the best sea views in town! Location location

El Cotillo is a wonderful town in which to base a stay in Fuerteventura and Oliastur1 Sunset Beach apartment was perfectly located for this. It was clean, bright, comfortable and very well appointed. The pool deck was a great addition though in Feb the water was cold. Days exploring the island, easy, close parking and then a central spot from which to see amazing sunsets and then eat dinner in a wide range of restaurants on your doorstep. We followed our noses and ears and were never disappointed. The host was very responsive to all the questions we had.

Very comfortable

The apartment is really close to the harbour and supermarkets and is right next to the square, which has a regular craft event. There are several restaurants and tapas bars within a very short walk.The apartment itself is very spacious and simply, but very tastefully decorated. It was true to the website floor plan, (although the outside patio area was quite small and cluttered).The bed was really comfortable and the whole apartment was clean and very well-equipped. It was great to have the luxury of a dishwasher.The communal areas were well maintained and very clean.Our only concern was, that having asked about a lift, we weren’t advised that it only went up one floor. In order to reach the roof terrace we had to ascend two flights of stairs, which is not good for elderly/ disabled guests.All in all we had a lovely time and would definitely stay again, if it wasn’t for the stairs.

Chilled out week

Great central location just a short walk to various restaurants & small town beach. EL Cotillo is a relaxed small town with everything you need near by. A large sandy beach to the south is good for surfing & the beach to the north is more sheltered & good for swimming. Both are a 10-15 minute walk from the accommodation. Everything you need in the apartment for self catering & comfortable beds. We would certainly return.

A lovely apartment and an amazing holiday

We had a lovely stay in El Cotillo. The apartment was clean and spacious with comfy beds. It is ideally situated for surfing at Cotillo beach and a slightly longer walk to the sand dunes with the amazing lagoons for swimming in. There are lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk with fresh fish and seafood. The roof terrace was also amazing for sun bathing with a pool for cooling down and amazing views across Cotillo. We definitely hope to visit again.

Good accommodation in a convenient place

We stayed here as a couple with our two adult daughters. The apartment is well-equipped (apart from a sweeping brush!) with washing machine and dishwasher and having two bathrooms was a boon. The outdoor patio was very useful just to get some fresh air. We had an issue with the bathroom which was resolved very efficiently by Stefania. In a good position to pop out in the evenings for a meal and fairly easy to walk to both the surfers' beach to the south and the lagoons to the north. Would be more than happy to stay here again (this having been our seventh trip to Fuerteventura and third to El Cotillo).
