"VILLA LUXURY, BELLA LUCIA 1" has an interior surface of 130m2, which is distributed in individual living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one suite and dressing room, another bathroom and another solarium. All the rooms are exterior, illuminated and ventilated in a natural way, giving them privacy and privacy. In addition this beautiful villa offers us some beautiful outdoor areas with a total area of 350m2, where we find a large pool, garden areas with floral plants and also a beautiful area of artificial turf for the enjoyment of children, and finally a spectacular barbecue with tables, chairs and wooden pergola where you can enjoy at any time of day. "VILLA BELLA LUCIA 1" is located in the best residential area of Corralejo, a few minutes from the center and commercial areas, water park and bars (15 minutes walk and 3 by car). The villa has air conditioning and heated pool (with extra charge very economical for our customers) consult with the owner. Our Villa is located near the natural park of the dunes of Corralejo where our famous Grandes Playas are located. In our Villa is not allowed to stay more people than those indicated in the reservation as the price varies according to the number of people, in case of default will be suspended stay in the house. We have several Villas "Villa Bella Lucia 1,2 and 3 in case of not having availability consult the owner.

Great base for Carralejo

Comfortable and enjoyable stay in this nice little villa, conveniently located in a quiet district but close enough to town and local amenities. Great communication throughout our stay from Lucia the owner. Note that pool heating charge is 20 euros per day (not mentioned on particulars) but a great investment in March despite decent outside temperatures!

Great family villa

We have just returned from our stay at Bella Lucia and I can highly recommend it when planning a holiday in Corralejo. The villa is very clean and is located in a quiet and safe area which is around a 15 min walk into the centre of the resort. The description of the villa is accurate, with the added bonus of a warm pool courtesy of the hot climate. Lucia made sure all our needs were catered for and the welcome pack is a nice touch. I would highly recommend Bella Lucia as a place to stay in Corralejo.

Property was nice, lovely heated pool and outside area, good location. Nice kitchen and inside area. Unfortunately our bed was horrible, uncomfortable lumpy mattress. The shower also wasn't great, the door didn't shut so water poored over the floor and the handle was broken. Also note the air conditioning is chargable. You have to put coins in a machine to get it working, it cost us quite a lot. Cannot fault the service of the owner. Also responded to us and provided us with relevant information.

Easy check in. Quick review of house and facilities along with lovely gift basket and wine. Some local advice which proved useful. Location was quiet which suited us and villa had all that we needed. Despite being located out of main town, multiple transport options including eco friendly scooters. Overall a relaxing great stay and Lucia was extremely helpful host.

Great villa with a home from home feeling

Lovely villa, well equipped and very clean. The pool heating seemed quite expensive at 15euro per day but it was the hottest pool of any villa we have stayed in. The villa was a good walk from the center of Corralejo but was what we wanted as it was very peaceful and we wanted plenty of exercise,

Noisy location

Property was spotless, owner helpful but unfortunately the neighbour was working on an outside fixture each afternoon so lots of drilling. Also dogs barking on and off daily so not peaceful and relaxing. No fault of the owner but as on a residential estate we cut our stay short and moved to a quieter inland location

Lovely 2nd Stay

This was our second time staying at Bella Lucia 1. It’s a lovely villa inside and out, close to all amenities too so a car is not necessary. Lucia greets you on arrival and responds quickly to any queries. We would recommend this villa and are hoping to return again next year.

Excellent Villa

At start of holiday owner met us at the property gave us a warm welcome and showed us around explaining All that we needed to know . The villa itself was very well appointed and scrupulously clean. The interior sitting area was very comfortable and th kitchen has everything you required Beds were comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. Really nice sitting area outside with excellent outside furniture. Large outside dining area beside excellent BBQ . Comfortable sunbeds and nice pool which despite us opting not to have heated was not a bad temperature albeit our party did not use very often as we prefer bathing in the sea. Villa is only about a 20 minute walk to the start of the main restaurants and shopping area and 10 minute walk to main Supermarket. A car therefore not necessary is recommended. Owner very quick to respond to any queries we had and rectify a loss of Wifi very promptly. All in all excellent villa and would highly recommend

We have had a lovely stay in the villa .The villa is very well maintained and well equipped.

If you have a late flight departing bare it in mind that unless you pay extra there is nowhere for you to store luggage ..get a shower etc .This would have been very difficult for us with a toddler . Probably some guests would need a car unless happy to do a lot of walking

Lovely villa

Beautiful spacious villa inside and out. Very clean. Very clean pool positioned well in full sun all day. We were met by the very welcoming owner, Lucia, upon arrival and we appreciated the welcome pack, nibbles and wine. We would recommend this villa and would like to return.

Wonderful villa and perfect host!

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks in Fuerteventura staying at Bella Lucia. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside area is also spacious and we spent many hours relaxing near the pool and enjoying al fresco dining. Lucia is a great host and nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely Villa

We stayed at Villa Bella Lucia from the 27th February to the 9th March. It's a lovely villa both inside and out. Spotlessly clean and spacious. The outside seating area is also very comfortable. A real home away from home. The villas location is also ideal with it being a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this villa and are planning to book again for next year. Lucia is also vey friendly and contacted us during our holiday to check that we were having a nice time and if we needed anything. All in all, a great holiday.

Lovely stay

We (me, wife and two children) very much enjoyed our stay in Corralejo. The Villa is large, well equipped and clean, and the children particularly enjoyed the pool. There is a sitting area that catches the afternoon and evening sun where it is pleasant to sit, and the internet works well. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area. There are some shops and cafes about 10 minutes walk away, or you can walk to the main shopping area with lots of restaurants in about 20 minutes, which we generally did then taking a taxi back afterwards (around 4 euros). The owner, Lucia, is very helpful and easy to contact with any questions. The only thing we would have changed is that there are some dogs in neighbouring houses that seem to enjoy barking loudly. However, it never happened in the morning or after about 9pm at night so didn't really disturb us (just would have been nicer to have not had any barking). I don't think this is specific to the area around the Villa though - there seems to be a lot of dogs in Corralejo generally. Overall, thoroughly recommended though.

We have just returned back from a 10 nights stay in Bella Lucia, the villa was amazing and had everything you would need for your stay, close to local supermarket and local restaurant and bar, Center about 20 minutes walk The owners were very helpfully throughout the stay and the pool was cleaned on a regular basis I would highly recommend this villa to anyone My children enjoyed the pool area The villa is really clean and modern Looking forward to hopefully returning next year

Exceptional Villa in perfect location

Just had a 2 week stay in this villa. All the other 5* reviews give an excellent description. It’s well kept, super clean. There is loads of space, nice clean pool and the owners are the best. They greet you at the villa on arrival, show you round. This is really good as after a 4 hour flight from UK it’s already been a long day. Any problems are sorted out very quickly and professionally. This villa will always be my first choice if staying in this area of the island. Cannot recommend it enough. More than deserves 5*.

Beautiful and homely

The villa is perfect. Beautifully clean and homely. The pool was lovely and Clean and very private. We have had a lovely holiday and will definitely return. A note for disabled visitors, the pavements around the villa are awful and mum struggled a bit with her electric scooter. But once you get to the second roundabout all the pavements are lovely and smooth. Lucia has been so helpful, answering every question within an hour or so. Just brilliant, thank you.

Wonderful villa in quiet location.

Very spacious and comfortable villa. Very pleasant outside space and a sparkling pool to cool down in. A small problem with water pressure resulted in an immediate response and resolved in a few minutes. Villa extremely well equipped, with large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and oven. Seating inside and out very comfortable...very good for afternoon snoozes! English TV channels limited to Sky news but wifi was good enough to use easyview.eu on ipad to watch a range of English channels (BBC, ITV). A "welcome pack" was most appreciated. A supermarket is about 5 mins away by car, although we had stocked up at Lidl situated just off the circum-navigation around Puerto del Rosario. Next time we holiday in Fuerteventura, this will be our first choice.

A home from home

A spacious, comfortable and very well equipped Villa. Situated in a quiet area of Corralejo known as Vistas Del Mar, but with in easy reach of the resort centre. A 5 minute walk and you have access to Bars, Cafes, Bakery and Taxi Rank. A 10 minute walk in either direction and you will reach the Baku Waterpark or Mercadonna Supermarket. A car is ideal for exploring the island as well as bulky shopping trips, but not essential for the resort centre. A taxi was typically €4 each way from the villa into the resort centre. Lucia and her husband (the owners) were extremely friendly and hospitable. They met us on our arrival to welcome us and provide an over view of the property and the equipment with in. The Villa was extremely clean, the beds comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine and full oven. Air conditioning was also available throughout. Free WI-FI was also provided with a very strong signal.All facilities in and outside the villa, were in excellent order. A welcome pack of wine, soft drink, water, snacks and biscuits was an unexpected surprise, thank you. The outside area was great, with a shaded outdoor kitchen area / BBQ ideal for alfresco dining. The pool was excellent, and again well maintained. It was cleaned every 3-4 days during our stay. My one suggestion for improvement would be the quantity of sunbeds. The Villa is equipped for 6 and accommodates 6, however on our visit the property had 4 sunbeds. Not that it was an issue for us, as we were a party of 4, but could be an issue for larger parties, if all are wanting a sunbed at the same time. Providing 2 more sunbeds would make this Villa complete. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bella Lucia. I would recommend this property for your holiday in Corralejo, and we plan to stay again at the property later this year and in 2018 as for us it was perfect.

Superb Villa

We stayed in Villa Bella Lucia from 21st July until 2nd August, 2017. We found it to be perfect for us. Spotlessly clean and the pool was cleaned every third day or so and was a nice temperature even though it wasn't heated. Lovely large BBQ area too if you wanted to cook outdoors with a nice seating area. Villa has WiFi which was great for the kids. Villa itself is in a good location. Close to local supermarket (2 mins in car to Mercadona) which is cheaper than supermarkets in the centre of Corralejo. Also, close to taxi rank (10 mins walk) where you can get taxis into centre for approx 4 euros. You could walk to centre of Corralejo in about 20 mins if you wanted. Everywhere is relatively flat aswell so easy to get about. Close to Baku Water Park which the kids love but not a cheap day out. We have been to Corralejo 7 times now and would definitely stay here again. Lucia is very friendly abd helpful.

Amazing spacious villa

We stayed from the 8-15th July, three adults & two young children. The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. It is so spacious inside, there's lots of storage space in each of the three bedrooms for clothes etc and the kitchen was very well equipped, every utensil you could possibly need was there. The washing machine was easy to use as it had instructions in English on the machine :) The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding & pillows provided. The outside space was brilliant!! The villa is very secure - our son has autism so security was a must for us! The villa has a high enough wall all around the property & the gate can be locked with a key. The pool was perfect for us, it has a cover so once the cover is put on at night it keeps the water warm. The pool was cleaned twice during our one week stay! The BBQ/dining area outside was also lovely, we used this twice without a problem. There are a couple of big supermarkets within walking distance so good for doing shopping for supplies for the villa... There are pubs/restaurants about 10mins walk from the villa and the centre is about a 20mins walk. The centre had lots of shops, bars and restaurants so plenty of choice and a burger king too which went down well with the children one afternoon ;) A taxi to the centre was only €4 Max and there's a taxi rank near the local bars (10mins walk) with plenty of taxis there waiting. The owners of the villa - Lucia & her husband, were lovely. Lucia replied to my initial messages promptly and kept in touch with me up until we arrived at the villa. She answered all my questions very well and sent us directions to the villa too. She was very polite and welcoming. On arrival at the villa Lucia greeted us and shown us around, shown us how to work things & gave us a big basket of fruit and some bottles of water, which we thought was a lovely touch :) she also sent a message or two during our stay to check we were having a good time and everything was okay :) Literally the only single thing we would say could do with improving would be the television. There wasn't many English channels. We only really had sky sports news that we could watch. Obviously you don't go on holiday really to watch TV but when you've got a villa & young children in bed it would be good to have a variety of channels to choose from. We'll 100% return to & recommend this villa! We want to return in February but its booked on the date we want unfortunately :(

Nichts für Ruhesuchende oder Menschen die Privatsphäre wünschen. Rund herum hat jeder eine Dachterrasse und kann alles einsehen, kein Haus der Kategorie Luxus, denn es ist zu abgewohnt. Großzügig ausgestattet ist es auch nicht, keine ErsatzTrockentücher, ein Putzlappen fur innen und aussen, keine Eimer für Mülltrennung. Chlor im Pool statt Salz. Die Korbsessel haben durchgesessene Kunststoffkissen, due klebrig sind. zweimal stand ohne Ankündigung der Inhaber plötzlich auf der Terrasse. Kontrolle? Man hatte uns gesagt der Poolboy kommt freitags. Überwachungskameras (5) an jeder Ecke draußen und den Innenkameras haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Tür der Dusche kann nicht geschlossen werden, also hat man einen See auf dem Boden. die Wanne im 2. Bad ist undicht und hat auch kein heißes Wasser. Die Stufen ins Schwimmbad sind glatt ebenso wie die Fliesen rundherum. Auf der Terrasse gibt es eine Lampe mit Dämmerungs Schalter . Wer am Abend dort etwas trinken möchte , wird bei jeder Bewegung angestrahlt. Wer chillen will ist hier nicht richtig.Die Autobahn ist nah, man hört ständig den Motorenlärm. Wir hatten das Pech, das um uns herum drei Baustellen waren. Die Nachbarn haben für das musikalische Abendprogramm gesorgt u. auch tagsüber war es laut. Die Fotos der Sonnenliegen haben uns suggeriert, dass Handtücher vorhanden sind. Drei Tage vor Urlaubsbeginn bekamen wir die Nachricht dass wir Handtücher für die Sonnenliegen selber mitbringen müssen.

Alles perfekt!

Villa perfecta, todo muy limpio. Agua en la piscina con temperatura magnífica, aunque de pago. A 15 min andando del centro. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. Muy recomendable

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Bella Lucia. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Vom Check in bis zur Abreise waren Lucia und ihr Mann sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert. Wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen.
