This charming 130m2 single-storey Canarian finca located in the Orotava valley, is surrounded by 11,000m2 of vineyards and fruit trees. Just 2 km from the town of La Orotava and 10 minutes from the tourist town of El Puerto de la Cruz, it is an excellent area where to spend a fantastic and relaxed vacation enjoying clean air, silence and local products.

The rustic-style house with a modern touch has been decorated with taste and care, achieving a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It has 3 furnished double rooms, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with a fireplace and flat TV with satellite channels. It also has private parking, garden, and two large terraces of 40m2 and 100m2 with built-in barbecue and fantastic views of the sea and the mountains from where you can enjoy the sunsets and the nature that this place welcomes in all its corners.

Great views all around and excellent amenities
Situated in a vineyard on the side of a hill, the views are fabulous You walk down the hill to the main road and have a wide selection of places to eat or the kitchen has all you need to make your own meals.

Bezaubernde Aussicht
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Geräumige Wohnung, schöne Umgebung. Tolle Aussicht! Im Prinzip auch sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches und warmherziges Willkommen mit einer Flasche guten Weines. Wir waren 2 Personen und daher war der Aufenthalt auch luxuriös. Wenn bei 6 Personen das kleine Zimmer notwendig ist, ist dieses schon sehr eng. In der Küche war Öl, Essig, Salz und Zucker und Gewürze vorhanden, die Küche bot viel Platz zum Kochen. Hellhörig allerdings, wenn oben andere Mieter:innen waren. Die Anfahrt nicht einfach, für uns eine kleine Herausforderung, zwar machbar, aber sehr enge Gasse. Bis auf eine Bodega kein Restaurant in näherer Umgebung, die ohne Auto erreichbar gewesen wäre. Insgesamt hatten wir dort ein sehr positives Erlebnis und würden auch wiederkommen.

Points positifs :-- Vue magnifique -Bien située --Bonne réactivité aux demandes Points négatifs : --Maison individuelle indiquée mais comportant un appartement au niveau 1 ,occupée successivement 3 fois durant notre séjour -- Pas de pression d'eau , difficile de prendre une douche ---Manque de linge de cuisine ,,d'oreiller et de vaisselle Equipement trés "chip" en rapport avec le prix .

Nicht wie beschrieben. Kein Ferienhaus.
Positiv an dieser Wohnung ist die relative Nähe zu Puerto de la Cruz (15 Autominuten) und die trotzdem relativ ruhige Lage am Hang. Die von uns angemietete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss (oben ist noch eine kleinere Wohnung) ist geräumig. Der 270 Grad Rundumblick von den Bergen bis zur Küste ist sensationell. Nun die Kritik: Die Wohnung wird als Ferienhaus (Betonung auf "Haus") beschrieben. Es ist aber kein Haus, sondern nur eine hellhörige Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Diese Wohnung ist inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Heizung der 6 Zimmer erfolgt über drei mobile, elektrische Radiatoren auf Rollen, was unkomfortabel und ineffizient ist. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind akzeptabel, das dritte ist viel zu klein. Die Wohnung hat zwei Terrassen, die, außer vielleicht im Hochsommer, immer wenig Sonne abbekommen. Warum die große Dachterrasse, als der einzige Ort mit Sonne, seltsamerweise nicht zugänglich ist, bleibt unklar. Ob man über Übertreibungen, wie zum Beispiel die zugesagten, aber nicht vorhandenen "überdachten Parkplätze", der nicht vorhandene "Patio", die angebliche Nähe zu Tauchschulen (die Wohnung liegt auf über 500 m Meereshöhe) oder 5 Minuten zu "Balkonhäusern" ernst nimmt, mag jeder selbst beurteilen. Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine schmale und steile Straße oder über den Weinberg. Fazit: Eine Ferienwohnung als angebliches Ferienhaus darzustellen, ist kein guter Stil und ärgerlich. An unbekannten Formulierungen kann diese irreführende Beschreibung wohl nicht liegen, denn die im Obergeschos befindliche zweite Wohnung wird durchgehend korrekt als "Ferienwohnung" beschrieben. So bleibt ein zwiespältiger Eindruck vor allem deshalb, weil eine wichtige, zugesicherte Eigenschaft nicht eingehalten wurde. Wir empfehlen dem Vermieter, und auch der Agentur, die Wohnung richtigerweise als Ferienwohnung und nicht als Ferienhaus zu bewerben. Denn das vermeidet Verärgerung, was im Sinne aller Parteien sein dürfte.

tres bel endroit et hôte très sympathique :)
Très belle villa sur les hauteurs de la Orotava avec une vue panoramique sur la mer exceptionnelle! Suite à un problème avec notre voiture de location, Alex, notre hôte, a été très aidant et disponible, ce qu'on a beaucoup apprécié! La villa est dans les vignes et la campagne, le village est en contre- bas, il faut donc prévoir la voiture pour faire ses courses mais c'est agréable et calme. C'est un endroit bien situé pour voir le reste de l'île et notamment le volcan. un des plus de cette location pour la saison fraîche: le chauffage qui peut-être utile certains soirs!

Alojamiento con vistas a la Orotava
Impresionantes vistas al valle de la Orotava, rodeados de viñedos. Ideal para desconectar. La carretera de acceso es bastante empinada, pero el camino alternativo por los viñedos se acaba haciendo bastante bien
