this was a unique experience for me. the atmosphere was laid back, friendly and the personal service was awesome. the property has many personal touches that make it feel like home. the property also has many distractions like paddle boards, bikes and other things that made the visit very enjoyable. I checked in late and went to bed and when I woke up I felt like I was living the life of the rich and famous. it was a hard place to leave and it's a nice place to treat yourself.

Casa Kootenay was a resort-like experience. The rooms are clean, beds extremely comfortable, shared spaces luxurious, provided breakfast delicious. Parking was easy, bikes/kayaks all provided as well as a run-down of local points & contacts of interest. The vibe is on-point across the board- this is perhaps my favorite vacation b&b/hotel experience, ever. I'd highly recommend Casa Kootenay and hope to return again!

We had an incredible stay here. Leanne was welcoming and warm, with a wealth of local information. The breakfast was delicious—such a treat to have fresh fruits and yogurt in addition to warm savory dishes each day. We enjoyed the paddle boards and bikes that Leanne has for guests.
