The Space:
This 1,829 sq ft|170 sqm home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large closets, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating for everyone to spend quality time together. You’ll love the warm color pallets and all the natural sunlight that permeates the house.

The main spaces of the home:

- An open living area with comfy sofas and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing moments at home.

- The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and it is fully equipped to whip up any meal at home with a gas stove top/oven, a microwave, and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart!

- Adjacent to the kitchen you’ll find a beautiful dining table with 6 cushioned chairs.

- 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath to accommodate 6 guests as such:

The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

Note that there are security cameras on the property. They are all located on the outside of the house, one facing the main entrance and the street, another facing the pool, and the last facing the grill and the street in the rear of the home. They are always on and record on a 24hr lapse.

Guests must climb stairs to access certain areas of the home.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load

We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property and if it is necessary to refill the water, this will be the responsibility of the guest.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange to have the home cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional charge.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

House Rules:
- Please note that the pool maintenance is scheduled every (Monday & Thursday). We'll kindly ask you to grant access to the maintenance staff, there is no specific time for this service. (the maintenance service may be subject to changes)
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
- Trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays early in the morning.
- Guests must place their trash bags in the metal bin located outside on the marked days.

As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay, with shared access to the pool. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

Basic but good

The house is in need of some serious TLC and lacks basic kitchen items like coffee, drinking water and more than 4 forks.That said the pool is awesome and that’s all my kids care about!

The house has all the basics needed for a home stay and the location was great for getting in & out of town/Malecon. The house was very comfortable, we wished we could say for 3 months! The host was very responsive to communications.

Beautiful property, great location, a few considerations!

We had a wonderful time at this home, it was well suited for our family of 6 and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the mornings as we had our morning coffee on the patio. Very comfortable space and great location, pretty easy to navigate, get to the main roads, and very near great restaurants, shopping, and we walked to the Serpentarian which was a neat experience for our whole family especially the kids. The kitchen could use a few more utensils, we had to keep plastic forks from a meal out just so each of us could have a utensil to eat with at the house, which was strange because there were plenty of plates and cups. I also want to comment on the dogs, near the property. They were never really a problem, they definitely were more vocal the first day and night we were there but less so the other two nights. The first night they did wake me up but no one else in my family heard them until early in the morning. I'm a very light sleeper so I just caution to anyone else who is that if you are a light sleeper you will hear the dogs. Otherwise, property was wonderful, very safe, clean, and accommodating. THank you!

The property was nice. The adv for the property stated it sleeps six however there is a hard futon in the bedroom on the 1st floor. Too hard to sleep on. It would have been better to have a double in the lower bedroom instead. Missing toaster and kettle

Really enjoyable

My family and i stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed it. Check in instructions were clear and communication with the owner/manager throughout our stay was easy and they were always quick to respond. The unit is very spacious and the pool was nice to have on the hot afternoons. One thing I will mention is the noise from the neighbouring dogs. It was mentioned in the description you may hear dogs, and two of our four nights they were quite loud throughout the night. This is something that is out of the hands of the owner but i thought i would mention it.

Very nice home in a good neighborhood.

It is a very nice home. Very comfortable and the property was clean and well kept. The pool service being done 2 times a week was very nice! The kitchen was immaculately kept with plenty of dishes, pots and pans as well as glassware for different occasions. The internal temperatures were perfect for sleeping. Overall this place is a 5 star rental.

We stayed at this house for three days. Perfect house for a family looking to have some relaxing time and fun. Our girls were in the pool morning and night. We felt safe and had a great time. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Looking forward to coming back again.

Perfect house in great location

Stayed there for a wedding in La Paz. Great place, smart room dicision. Love that the master bedroom has windows to both sides of the house - no need for AC. Kitchen is well equipped, super markets are close, nice pool and outdoor area. It was a little hard to find but likely our fault. I will come again!

Nice Home but lack of instructions and noisy neighbors

The home was clean and free of clutter, but we did not know how to use some of the appliances so accidentally broke the top of the oven. There were guard dogs in properties all around us that barked verocially at us and even at night. To top it off, we were blamed for loss or damage to remote to driveway gate. We never used it because we never saw it or were given directions on it, yet we were charged.
