The 28 sqm|300 sq ft studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. While at the property you’ll enjoy spending time around the pool where there is plenty of seating and a BBQ for grilling up some tasty eats. This pool is nicely landscaped, surrounded by greenery, and enclosed for your safety and privacy.

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property. Just enter the code in the lockbox to access the building. A separate code is provided to enter the studio. The codes will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load

We appreciate your support and understanding and must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property and if it’s necessary to refill the water, this will be the responsibility of the guest.

POOL RULES:
-No consuming food or beverages inside the pool.
-No noise after 10 pm.
-No musical devices or glassware in the pool area.
-Swimsuits are mandatory.
- Glasses, glass bottles, food, and coolers are not allowed in the pool/pool area. The use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.
- Pool hours is between 8 am to 9 pm
- Please clean BBQ after use

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken furniture, and/or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

There is no daily housekeeping service. If you’d like to arrange to have the home cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional charge.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

There are security cameras in the common areas for safety and guest security. Only facing outdoor areas, not inside the units.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Please note that there are resident cats on the property.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon arrival or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the studio and shared access to the pool. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
