This cottage is located in the countryside, 15 km from Fougères, 10 km from Erné, and 65 km from Mont Saint-Michel!

You'll enjoy a beautiful private landscaped garden with trees, a large terrace, and a pétanque court bordering fields and hedgerows.
The cottage offers a large living room (60 m²) with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with its own shower, and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 190 cm), and one bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm). There are also two separate toilets.

Discover the permaculture vegetable garden and the owners' collection of cacti and junipers. Geese and chickens roam freely in their enclosures. Just 1 km away, you can also visit the "Remarkable Garden" in La Pellerine (open from May to September). Also, the Renaudies garden (18km) in Colombiers du Plessis.

Shops, services, and swimming pool: in Ernée, 10km, or in Fougères, 14km.

Chenedet leisure center (kayaking, treetop adventure course, swimming in summer...), 13km.
