Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Other Things to Note:
Free high-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is provided in the living room with a 55'' HD TV, while Netflix is available in all other rooms.

Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.

To reach the property, turn left onto PGA West Boulevard and follow it to the entrance to PGA West Legends. The property is located on the right-hand side of Seminole Drive.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. Trash pickup occurs on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be appreciated, but it's not mandatory.

Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.

Please note that the golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, kindly refrain from accessing the course, as unauthorized access is considered trespassing by the HOA

Pool, hot tub and west-facing view were all positive. The property was also clean. However, the property was pretty tired - lots of deferred maintenance issues, none were a huge deal, but it felt like a workhorse rental. Also needed more pool furniture - only 2 recliners.

Nice and easy stay at this property. While overall a little dated, the updated TVs and cleanliness of the unit was enough to give it 5 stars. Management company was easy to deal with and they were quick to answer questions and fix any issues during our stay.

Best Family Time!

Our stay at Casa Fariways was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed the pool and the little ones spent most of their day swimming and having fun. The property was exactly as shown on the website and Eddy and his team were always available for questions and or concerns....and dealt with them immediately Overall a fabulous family time and we will be back!!

Spacious home, great amenities!

We had a great 4th of July getaway at this property. It is spacious, clean, well equipped, and has a great pool and hot tub. The entire family was happy to enjoy the sunsets while soaking in the pool. Eddy and his team were great to work with, and we will definitely be coming back to La Quinta.
