Thoughtfully designed for longer-term stays, Encantada is the ultimate family getaway.

Guests will feel right at home in the comfortable bedrooms and living spaces and fully equipped kitchen. Kids will love hanging out in the "clubhouse" and splashing in the pool.

In the evenings, watch the sun set over the Santa Rosa mountains from the roof deck or gather around the outdoor fire pit.

Encantada is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in the beautiful La Quinta Cove neighborhood of La Quinta, California, approximately 25 miles from Palm Springs.

The Living Room:
- Sunny living room with comfortable, deep-seated sofa and loveseat
- Smart tv with access to live tv streaming and Netflix

The Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils
- Toaster, blender and other cooking gadgets
- Keurig coffee maker with complimentary k-cup pods, creamer and sugar. Drip coffee maker also available.
- Welcome snacks and beverages

The Dining Room:
- Dining table and chairs
- High chair also available for your little one!

The Primary Suite:
- King sized bed with memory foam mattress and a selection of sleeping pillows
- Smart tv with access to live tv streaming and Netflix
- Walk-in closet with hangers and luggage stand
- Sliding glass doors overlook the back yard and pool
- En-suite bathroom with a step-in shower and separate bathtub
- All bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer

The Guest Bedrooms
- Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, closet rod with hangers and luggage stand
- Bedroom 3 has two twin sized beds, a desk, smart tv and closet with hangers and luggage stand
- All beds are made up with soft, quality linens
- All bedrooms have dedicated hanging and drawer space
- All bedrooms are equipped with a white noise machine and charging ports on each nightstand

Guest Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the Primary Suite
- Full bathroom off the hallway with sink, toilet and shower/tub
- Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer

The "Kids Clubhouse":
- Hang out loft on the second floor with a pretend-play market, bean bags, books and table. There is also a tv with access to live tv streaming and a Netflix account.

The Outdoor Space:
- Private swimming pool can be pre-heated on request (Per diem fee applies, let us know in advance if you’d like to use the pool heater. Monthly discounts available.)
- Two, half-chaises for lounging by the pool
- Pool floaties and towels
- BBQ with grilling utensils (propane tank provided)
- Fire pit with surrounding seating for 6
- Roof deck with two chaise lounges

Other Amenities:
- Full-sized washing machine and dryer with "free & clear" (allergy friendly) laundry detergent and fabric softener

Encantada is located on a corner lot in the La Quinta Cove neigborhood.

"Old Town" La Quinta is less than 2 miles away and has lots of dining and entertainment options. The home is also easily accessible to the Empire Polo Grounds (the site of Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals) as well as numerous top rated golf courses. Hikers or mountain bikers will love the extensive trail networks within easy walk from the house. We will happily send you links to blog posts that we have written about the area or make suggestions for local restaurants and things-to-do!
