This is a 762 Sq ft 1 Bedroom Condo in the Casitas Las Rosas complex next to the Embassy Suites hotel in Old Town La Quinta. This unit is ground floor for east entry and has a full kitchen, full bathroom with shower/tub, full in suite washer and dryer unit. The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed. Large TVs with premium cable channels in Living room and bedroom. Small patio with chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Dog park, gym, tennis all nearby.
