This unit is ground floor for east entry and has a full kitchen, full bathroom with shower/tub, full in suite washer and dryer unit. The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed and cozy gas fireplace. Large TVs with premium cable channels in Living room and bedroom. Small patio with chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Dog park, gym, tennis all nearby.
