The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed and cozy gas fireplace. Large TVs with premium cable channels in Living room and bedroom. Small patio with chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Dog park, gym, tennis all nearby.

-Camera and Noise monitoring- There is an active camera outside the unit and an active decibel monitoring device inside the unit to alert management if noise reaches unacceptable levels.
