Enjoy all the desert has to offer at this stylish upper level condo. Just a 5 minute walk to Old Town. Relax in one of the 4 pools and spas. The bedroom has a King bed and there are 2 daybeds in the living room for extra sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room and bedroom have large smart TVs. Enjoy the patio facing the mountains. Parking is free. Dogs welcome! Pack 'n Play and high chair also available.

This mid-century styled condo is designed to be super comfortable and has nice artwork and vintage touches for visual flair. Perfect for a couples getaway, or bring the kids and they can each sleep in their own comfy daybed in the living room. Or enjoy a friend’s getaway or business trip. We also offer a pack n play with organic bedding and blanket and a high chair with kid’s dishes so everyone will be comfy! The condo can accommodate 4 guests comfortably.

Sit out on the patio when the day cools off overlooking the Santa Rosa Mountains.

The bedroom offers a Sealy-Posturepedic Mattress. Slide into the soft organic sheets and blankets and close the velvet room darkening drapes to get a great night’s rest. Plenty of room in the large walk-in closet to hang clothes or place in the dresser. Enjoy the 55” smart TV will full HD cable plus premiums or log into your favorite apps to catch up on your shows. Full size desk to get a bit of work down in style.

Relax in the living room and enjoy the 55” smart tv with the Ultimate package from Frontier including premium channels. On cool nights fire up the electric fireplace by just turning a knob. Check out the bar with the vintage ice bucket and glassware as well as stemware for cocktails.

The kitchen is fully stocked to eat in, including organic olive oil, organic mayo, ketchup, an assortment of mustards as well as organic black pepper in a grinder and himalayan salt. Coffeemaker, pour-over, french press or stovetop espresso maker along with organic Italian roast coffee, including decaf and espresso beans as well as organic sugar and coconut sugar with half and half singles. Blender, toaster, tea kettle, and dishwasher too. Sit at one of the mid-century replica stools at the bar with swivel seats to eat or work on your laptop. USB ports throughout with USBc ports as well and fast wifi.

There is also a double stack washer and dryer right in the kitchen for ease of use and non-toxic Puracy laundry soap, stain remover and oxy whitener.

The condo is in the same complex as the Embassy Suites Hotel, but is not associated with it. Guests are not permitted to access hotel facilities or amenities like their gym or their indoor pool, though there is a great restaurant inside that is open to the public.

There is ample parking around the complex. There are no assigned spaces, but you can park anywhere around the condos or hotel (unless the space is marked as reserved for hotel staff, which only a few are).

Just reach out if you need anything.

You will have access to 4 outdoor pool and spa areas. Pool and spa hours are 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

The patio seating right out the front door is for your use only. There is a condo just next door that shares the same level and you may see their guests sitting out there, just fyi.

There is a safe inside the closet for your valuables. Just follow the instructions right on the front to create your own unique code to use while here.

Free parking is available on site.

Condo Association Rules:
•No Commercial use
•No clothing, towels or household fabrics shall be left on patios to dry
•No use of skates, skateboards, or other riding toys permitted
•No outdoor cooking on patios, swimming pools, or common areas
•No dumping or construction debris in trash dumpsters
•Nothing left out on patios at anytime including ice chests or coolers
•Smoking is prohibited in all Casitas Las Rosas Common Areas except the three designated smoking areas as listed in House Manual
•No signs or posters displayed from any part of the building or automobiles
•No vehicles that are unsightly, oversize, noisy, smoky, unregistered or unlicensed. No trailers or mobile homes.
•Vehicles that are used both for business and personal use are permitted providing any commercial signs or markings are are unobtrusive or inoffensive.


Swimming Pools and Spas:
•Hours are from 7am to 10pm
•No offensive activity
•Please observe posted safety and sanitation rules
•No bottles, glasses or breakable items
•No eating in the pool or spa
•Please make sure to pick up your own trash
•Return pool furniture back to its proper location
•Do not remove any pool furniture or other accessories from pool area
•No running or horse playing in or around pools
•No pets in pool areas
•Inflatables and pool toys ok if not breakable (no styrofoam)
•Cannot be stored in common area or patios
•No ball or frisbee playing in pool or common areas
•Suntan oil must be wiped off before entering the pools or spas
•Children under 14 must be supervised at all times
•All pool furnishings to be used equally among those in the area
•Only proper swimming attire. Infants wearing diapers not allowed in pools
•Listening devices to be kept at a personal level at all times
•No metal objects


Dog Rules:
•No pets over the weight of thirty (30) pounds will be permitted within the
community at any time.
•Animals are not permitted to be left on patios or balconies unattended.
•No fish-line dog leashes will be allowed. The leash must be of a length no longer than six (6) feet.
•Pets are to be kept on a leash at all times when outside their units and not to be left unattended.
•Pets are not allowed in the pool areas.
•All pet trash and litter should be sealed in plastic bags before being placed in the trash bins or the dog station that is located in the center of the North side of the property.
•Excessive dog barking, cat yowling, or other animal noise will be deemed a nuisance.
•No more than two (2) pets are permitted.

We had difficulty gaining access to the unit due to incorrect codes and broken code reader, and eventually had to make a phone call to the owner to get the correct code. Other than that, the unit is in a good location albeit in need of some upkeep with pointy ends of screws sticking out from kitchen drawers being a concern. Amenities were plentiful and of good quality and the building is in a pretty good location. It all worked out OK.

Nice place

Nice place good location. Heather was very accommodating when I told her the room was too warm. As far as the Tesla chargers on site there are two and one doesn’t work. However about 1/4 mile away there are Tesla chargers. My only suggestion would be to change the wash cloths because they are very old and discolored and check the expiration dates on coffee etc….

Quiet and cozy

The property was adequate for our trip and we did appreciate how quiet the community was. We did ask for the day bed to be set up, but it wasn’t when we checked in. The owner was very responsive and apologized for the oversight, and we were able to locate the items to properly set up the couch. It also would have been nice if the pool just below the unit was operational.

We love this setup style of condo. King Bed and the larger bathroom, open kitchen and living room. It’s the largest looking 750 square feet you can rent. The communication was spot on, the place had everything.

Excellent Location!

This condo is located in a phenomenal location walking distance to downtown La Quinta , Pickleball, courts, in the parking lot of the embassy, where there are Tesla, EV chargers, and there is lots of grassy areas if you bring your furry loved one to be able to potty :-) a short 3 mile drive to Indian Wells Tennis Garden! The owner was delightful & very accommodating to our needs! Highly recommend & we’ve already booked our next stay.
