Desert canyons, pristine golf courses, and leisurely days poolside all await you in our home, a refined hideaway located in La Quinta Cove that offers all the makings for a restorative getaway!

OUTDOOR OASIS: Brand new private saltwater pool, spa w/ waterfall feature, pool lounge chairs, fenced patio area w/ cushioned seating, sun umbrella, fire pit, fenced yard, outdoor dining table, ample patio seating, gas grill, mountain vistas all around.

INDOOR LIVING: Open-concept living space, high ceilings, formal dining table, 70-inch smart TV in the living room, 40-inch smart TVs in each bedroom.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, tile counters, high-top breakfast bar, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, spices, cooking basics, dishware + flatware

GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, air conditioning, first aid kit, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels

FEES: Optional daily pool and/or spa heating fee (paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)

Rules

Utilities are covered in the monthly rent up to $250. Renter is responsible for any amount over this. CA is expensive, use electric and water wisely.
Propane to heat the pool and spa is metered and renter is financially responsible for all propane usage during their stay. $50 per day is the charge.
Please leave ALL outdoor umbrellas down when not in use and secure ALL outdoor items. The wind in the desert can be incredibly strong and unexpected.

Desert gem

We loved everything about this house. It has a beautiful courtyard with a lemon tree, humming birds and a beautiful mountain view. The area is quiet and peaceful and the house is a short walk to hiking trails and a 5 minute drive to the LaQuinta old town.
