Arrivée facile, les sanitaires sont propres, et la cuisine. logement d’une belle surface, la literie est propre, les draps fournis sont propres, accès à la véranda et au jardin appréciable. Le logement est bien situé, a 2 min de la rocade pour st malo et dinan en voiture et a 15 min à pieds de 2 belles plages. Avec des enfants en bas-âge logement peu rassurant : électricité d’origine; prises de courant non sécurisées, beaucoup de multiprises, pas de mitigeur dans la salle de douches… du coup risque de brûlure (température au robinet difficile à régler). Il est dommage que les équipements soient de premier prix (étendoir à linge, bassine, couverts, poêles, lave vaisselle, frigo) ; mobilier et moquette des chambres datés. Le tout mériterait une bonne rénovation. En conclusion, correct pour y séjourner quelques jours, mais prix de la location un peu gonflé pour les prestations fournies.

Carpettes dans les chambres tachés et mal adorant Poils pubiens le long des murs dans sdb. Siège de toilette infernal et urine Matelas en phase terminale Intérieur et extérieur des armoires de cuisine sales Jardin à l'abandon, bref nous sommes partis plutôt .....la vie est trop :(.........

Bonne situation proche des plages, du sentier cotier et du centre de dinard. La pièce de vie est grande et ensoleillé. Le jardin est appréciable. Mais l appartement mérite un rafraichissement de ses équipements interieurs et extérieurs. Faux plafond et moquettes datés. Lave-linge qui lave mal et n essore pas. Faux gazon dans la véranda peu hygiénique, rideaux dans les douches, oreillers fatigués et alèses tachees. Concernant le jardin les portillons sont rouillés et la table est croulante

Appartement en RDC pratique pour des personnes plus agées. A 1km à pied du centre ville et de la plage. Literie correcte La propreté n'est pas au top (poussières++), la machine à laver ne lave pas. Attention lorsque vous sortez de l'appartement, la rue est extrêmement passante et les voitures oublient le passage pour piétons (nous avons failli mourir souvent). Il faut lire 2 douches et non 2 salles de bain.

Plaques de cuisson rouillées, si vous êtes 3 ou 4 pas possible de prendre tous une douche, eau chaude limitée, la machine à laver n essore pas, verres dépareillés et certains fêlés avec une vaisselle dont on a pas du tout envie de cuisiner Le point positif est l excellent emplacement de l appartement juste à l entrée de dinard

Logement fonctionnel et spacieux pour accueillir une famille avec un chien. Facile d'accès, parking en face, plage à 5 min à pied et 5 min en voiture du centre de Dinard. La terrasse/veranda et le jardin sont très appréciables. Dommage que l'insonorisation soit aussi mauvaise (appartements à l'étage, tuyauterie sanitaire et en bord de la route).
