Ns avons passé d excellentes vacances, nous avions un appartement magnifique, agréable, merveilleusement bien situé, près de tous commodités, restaurations, les courses, les visites sur le vieux port, les visites en bateaux, je le recommande vivement.

Für unmotorisierte und gehörgeschädigte Urlauber

Die Wohnung ist komplett und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ihr größter Vorteil ist indes zugleich Ihr größter Nachteil: Zentral in der Altstadt und wenige Schritte vom Hafen gelegen, kann man alle interessanten Punkte bequem fussläufig erreichen. Aber eben nur fussläufig. Es gibt keine halbwegs legale Möglichkeit, die Wohnung zum Aus-/Einladen des Gepäcks anzufahren. Im Innenstadtbereich gibt es für Auswärtige ohnehin keinerlei gebührenfreien bzw. zeitlich unbeschränkten Dauerparkmöglichkeiten mehr. Offenbar ist die früher eher beschauliche Stadt zur „angesagten“ Partyzone mutiert. An der mitten im Kneipenviertel gelegenen Wohnung ziehen nachts bis in die frühen Morgenstunden vor allem an den Wochenenden immer wieder angesoffene Jugendliche johlend und grölend durch die Gassen oder stehen in Gruppen herum und lassen die Anwohner an ihren lautstarken „Gesprächen“ teilhaben. Ruhiger Schlaf ist da Fehlanzeige.

pas ce à quoi nous nous attendions

Le soir jusque tard dans la nuit c'était très bruyant. La balayeuse et le camion poubelle partent tôt le matin. Les fenêtres ne peuvent pas être ouvertes la nuit en été si vous voulez dormir. Pour des vacances en famille avec 2 semaines pas idéales. Chien amical mais notez que vous devez marcher 10 minutes jusqu'à un parc ou similaire. équipement normal pas luxueux comme décrit.

Appart pas standing cf annonce propreté à revoir immeuble délabré

Extrêmement bruyant dès 6h réveillés par camions de livraison sous les fenêtres puis la voirie : poubelles, nettoyage rues ramassage bouteilles en verre jetées dans camions bruit insupportable et ensuite installation terrasses des restaurateurs. Prévoir boules Quiés... au final vacances gâchées Je ne recommande pas cette location installation des terrasses restaurateurs un enfer pour se reposer. Prévoir des boules Extrêmement bruyant Quiés... vacances gâchées

très bon séjour

Logement extrêmement bien situé dans une rue piétonne avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le port depuis le salon et la cuisine. La rue est bruyante la nuit car beaucoup de fêtards l'empruntent. La literie mériterait d'être renouvelée. Il n'y a pas de volets et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants. Cela doit être gênant l'été.

sejour bien passé mais peut mieux faire

le sejour c'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. L'appartement est super bien situé et la vue du salon donne sur le vieux port. L'agence est informée de plusieurs inconvénients, libre à eux de les étudier pour améliorer l'accueil dans cette location (exemples: petites remontées d'odeur provenant des WC, amélioration de l'équipement cuisine, manquerait un petit descriptif du logement, salle d'eau un peu humide...) En conclusion, une remise a niveau de cet appartement ne serait pas de trop.
