Guests of the Mauve Ochre Suite also enjoy access to the lush communal garden, a veritable green lung in the heart of La Rochelle. Proximity to the city's emblematic market invites the savoring of local products, complemented by the option of a homemade breakfast to start the day.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be required as part of the rental. Managed by the secure online service Swikly via a payment link, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the accommodation.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not impact the credit limits of your bank card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.30.
Within 7 days following your departure, and provided that the general terms of sale are respected and the property is returned in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.
