AN APARTMENT WITH A SOUL:
Very different from the sad apartments that you will often find in La Rochelle for the sole purpose of rental yield, our Triplex has all the necessary equipment and careful decoration for you to have a pleasant stay. You can enjoy our board games, our children's games, all of our household appliances: raclette, fondue, plancha, outdoor lounge…
This triplex (apartment on 3 levels) is located on the top floor of a very small VERY QUIET condominium of 2 apartments (the other apartment belonging to a living owner).
Our apartment is atypical and full of charm (we had a big crush on its parquet, its beams ...).
It is a triplex, composed of:
- on the first level of an equipped and fitted kitchen of 13 m² (with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer combi, washing machine, dulce gusto coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine and fondue and everything you need to cook)
- on the second level of a living room-dining room of about 20m² (with high quality sofa bed, allowing the sleeping of 2 people 140x190cm with luxury bedding thickness 17cm), this very bright living space is equipped with a pellet stove and is open on the terrace covered by a glass roof on which you can lunch peacefully in the sun and prepare your grills on the gas plancha.
- the third level has a first bedroom of 13m², with a double bed of 140x190cm with high-end hotel bedding, a second bedroom of 15m² open on the mezzanine with two single beds of 90x190cm with bedding also of range (which can be combined to accommodate a couple) and a large bathroom with spa bath, shower and double sink and finally a separate toilet and a desk and reading area.
The options offered to be paid on site upon arrival:
- sheets option: Sheets, towels, tea towels can be provided for the price of 20 € per bed
- Cleaning option € 60 or cleaning must be carried out by yourself.

You will be our hosts and we are committed to supporting you during your stay: we will send you a validation booklet for your stay, to allow you to familiarize yourself with our atypical Triplex but also with the city of La Rochelle.
We will share with you our favorites, our best restaurants, the best wine bars, the best brunches, our favorite merchants in the neighborhood, the best parks for your children…
We will also be available (us or Marielle from the concierge) as much as we can by whatsApp, to answer all your questions before and during your stay.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AN IDEAL LOCATION:
Our triplex is located on rue Gambetta just 300m from the market place, that is to say in the ultra lively district of La Rochelle but also quiet in the evening (no bar nearby). You will have in the street all the traders: bakery, pharmacy, rotisseries, restaurants (Portuguese, Asian, Chinese, Moroccan, French), bar, tobacco, caterers, fruit and vegetables ...
During your stay, you will not need to use your car or public transport, the old port is 700m away, the aquarium at 900m, the competition beach at 900m ... Several parking spaces are close to the apartment (including many free spaces)
