Villa Barranca is 1,8 miles from the beach at Minitas and the marina's shops and restaurants.

Enjoy warm ocean breezes and the luxury of a spacious vacation retreat conveniently located in the heart of Casa de Campo, close to the facilities of Las Terrazas Tennis Center and Casa de Campo Hotel and a short distance from the Marina, Altos de Chavon and Minitas Beach..

Villa Barranca features a beautiful open floor plan and is professionally decorated with lots of comfortable furniture, Honduran mahogany and marble floors forming the backdrop for colorful art.

Villa Barranca has 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, 8 beds (3 King+3 Queen+2 Fulls+1 Sofa).

Clean!!!!! We had 6 couples stay at the house and we had plenty of room and privacy. The pool is amazing and the grounds are perfectly maintained. We were 5 minutes from the main hotel the beach and Teeth of the Dog golf course. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Overall, we were very pleased with the property. From the manager, to the chef, to the maids and the butler, everyone was very responsive and attentive. The chef prepared excellent meals and laundry was done daily by the maid. Would definitely recommend Julio's property.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The house and grounds were beautiful and spacious and easy to get around. Pool , hot tub , outdoor lounging areas were great. You even have a view of the ocean in the distance. The staff was very good and attentive. Maria was fantastic and made us breakfast everyday, she was so nice to us, I thought someone had brought their mother on the trip! Can't wait to come back.

Incredible Villa

My wife and I have been going to Casa de Campo for 9 years. This time we were joined by two other couples. All of us had a great time. The villa is amazing, Maria(housekeeper) cooked amazing breakfasts and lunches. It was a short trip to the beach and marina. Each of the rooms are their own suites which gives each guest great privacy. Can't go wrong with this one.

A spacious and welcoming home

We had the most restful and fun experience at this Villa. We came down with another family, 10 people in total and there was ample space for everyone. We loved the delicious meals at the huge outdoor round table created by the chef, and being so well taken care of by the support staff makes for a real holiday for parents;)). We loved that the tennis facility was a 3 min golf cart away, and the beach club under 10 min. We would absolutely recommend to our friends and family.

Beautiful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa. We came as a group of six couples for my birthday and fit comfortably in this home. The staff was amazing. Maria made us feel welcomed and spoiled us with her cooking! She even prepared an authentic Dominican dinner for a birthday dinner that was amazing! Including a homemade Flan! We loved our stay! The only negative is the construction next door, which I'm sure will end soon! Thanks again for an excellent Dominican birthday party!

We just spent 6 days in this villa at Casa De Campo and I cannot imagine a better place to stay. The owner was extremely helpful in setting up our trip providing a lot of helpful information and giving us contacts to arrange our transportation and activities. The staff at the house was great! The cook (Maria) made fantastic meals for us so I would recommend eating in a lot. She even went to the grocery store for us! Dominique, the property manager was also extremely helpful with all of our activities and transportation. This is a 5 star operation!

Perfect family getaway

My wife and I traveled to this property with our nieces, nephews and their spouses. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The pictures really don't do it justice. It was nicer and more magnificent than we anticipated. The owners, Julio and Christine, were great to work with and helped us set up transportation to and from the airport, check-in at the resort, etc. Enough can't be said about the staff. Frank, the butler, kept everything running smoothly. Andy, his assistant, was always around to help us with anything we needed, from afternoon cocktails, to rides to the golf courses. I highly recommend using their chef. Wanda's food was magnificent! Each meal was perfect. We can't wait until our next visit. We would definitely stay here again.

We went on a family vacation, 6 adults and 5 children 3-14. The house is spacious, beautiful and very functional. It sits on the Links golf course with beautiful surroundings. It is big and versatile enough so that each person could have found a quiet corner if they wanted to, or be part of a group activity inside or on the huge balcony or the gazebo. Maria the cook was exceptional: the food was very tasty and varied from day to day. Every day our laundry "disappeared" from the hampers, and was returned washed and folded by the end of the day. Owner was easy to deal with and gracious. We will gladly return. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

A wonderful house, terrific staff that made us feel right at home, a great swimming pool that the grandchildren loved, a visiting cat who adopted us, and lots of space for people to chat or be alone. The only downside was a new construction project down the road that was using large jack hammers to build the basement. Lots of noise from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We were often at the beach or the hotel pool, so it didn't really bother us as much. The house was very comfortable for all 14 of us from 2 to 72.

Best Vacation ever!

Everything was so great that I just can't say enough! Frank our butler was so nice and accomodating and made sure we had whatever we needed. He made the experience well worth it! Our chef Joy made the best food and deserts. Very tasty and creative. The house keepers maintained the rooms and the house emmaculately and the best part, they did the laundry daily. Brought home a suitcase of clean clothes and that never happens on vacation. The gardner was also nice enough to get us cocunuts every day we wanted them. The property manager Martika was awesome from beginning to end. She made sure we knew what to expect and setup us up to have the best week. All in all it was sooo great and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and fun vacation in a full service beautiful home.

Amazing House / Spacious / Warm / Comfortable / Great Views

The house and staff were amazing. What a great place for our family vacation. The house far exceeded our expectations. The house has plenty of great sitting areas inside and out as well as places to dine. The layout of the house afforded us great opportunities to spend family time together as well as find solitude to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I cant say enough about Maria and her staff. Everyone was very attentive to all our needs. Every morning we woke up to the wonderful smell of fresh brewed coffee and breakfast. Maria arranged for a special dinner of fresh local fish and lobster for us and our guest from the marina, it was truly amazing. No surprises here, the house and staff met all our expectations. From my initial contact and, throughout my stay Philippe communicated promptly. We HIGHLY recommend this for anyone looking for an amazing experience.

Amazing stay!!!

It was such an amazing trip!!! The house is so beautiful, just as the images show. Super clean! We swear the staff were ninjas, they were always cleaning, while we had breakfast they cleaned our rooms and rest of the house without us even noticing! And again in the afternoon. The staff and Frank were truly AMAZING! Definitely spoiled us and exceeded our expectations. Frank was always so helpful and courteous! The cooking from Doña Ilda was fantastic! She even made us Habichuelas con Dulce and flan for Easter week, so delicious!! Everything from breakfasts to dinner was amazing. Truly lovely staff. Let’s not forget that our towels were replaced daily and laundry was done and folded daily! For 14 people! I would definitely come back and recommend to everybody I know. Everything was truly amazing. We will miss Frank and the rest of the staff!

I been thinking for two days how to thank you and your wife. Im shaking just typing this. I can't put it into words. The experience that you gave me and my family this week was priceless. Your staff went above and beyond any expectations we had from the second we arrived. You and your staff helped me set up the best family trip and birthday surprise any one of us has ever been apart of. My father's birthday was perfect because of you. He said it was the best birthday of his life. He turned 70. I've never seen my Dad cry so much lol. You guys don't know what this week meant to everyone. You helped me get my family back together. Paradise is Very Nice

From the moment I booked and spoke to the host to the when we checked out and said our farewells to the staff at departure- the experience was 5 stars. The villa is exceedingly more stunning than the photos convey. The feeling of pure bliss and peace fills every space as the open doors allow a tranquil breeze to flow throughout. The balcony on the second floor was one of my favorite spots, what an incredible view- I could've stayed there the whole time. The staff welcomed us with big smiles, cold drinks and never left us wanting for anything. The moment a drink was empty, the next one was placed in front of you. The laundry baskets were washed daily and all our clothes was ironed and hung for us. The rooms were made up in an instant as if housekeeping ninjas were sneaking in while we were having breakfast. We were fed and doated on the entire time which was easy to get used to. Kudos on a beautiful home, wonderful team and excellence overall experience. We hope to return and do it again very soon!

Paradise

My family just returned from spending Christmas at the villa. What an awesome experience. Philippe is awesome and prompt in his responses. This villa is absolutely beautiful and as mentioned all of the rooms have their own bathrooms. The master suite is an oasis. There are 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and outdoor showers that are separate from the main villa. The outside is breathtaking - the pool is great and the hot tub is huge. There are tons of lounge areas outside. The staff really make the visit!! Pedro maintains the premises and keeps the pool clean. Maria will have you trying to copy her recipes (she makes awesome Red Snapper, grilled lobster, her special salad dressing, grilled filet and of course Dominican stew). Nere helps in the food preparation and makes sure you don't lift a finger in keeping your rooms tidy. Great location in that you are a golf cart ride to the beach, the hotel and the Marina. We had awesome spa services. You can also grab a cab to Altos de Chavon for live entertainment and some good restaurants. Thanks again for everything Philippe!!
