This is a penthouse apartment in beautiful Los Altos, Casa de Campo. From the balcony and from within the apartment, you can see the beautiful vegetation surrounding the property, pool and Teeth of the Dog golf course!

Steps from the pool and a short golf-cart ride away from the beach and golf course, this property places you in the center of all the fun!

The first floor boasts a kitchen, full bathroom, dining area, and large living area with glass doors that take you to the terrace. The large terrace has an open view of the garden and golf course! The living area has a sofa bed that sleeps up to two people.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, armoir, private bathroom, desk and large windows with a beautiful garden view. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and bathroom adjacent to it. The second floor also has a lounge area with seating and a sofa that sleeps up to two people. Both bedrooms and the lounge area have Smart TVs.

Guests will have access to the entire unit, the gym, the pool reserved for guests at Los Altos, Playa Minitas (beach), the pools at Playa Minitas, La Marina, Altos de Chavon, and the Casa de Campo Hotel bar and pool.

**** Because Los Altos Apartments are part of the Casa de Campo resort complex, there is a $25 resort fee per person per day that must be paid to the Casa de Campo resort upon check-in.**** This fee provides you with access to all the aforementioned places.

This property listing comes with a house-keeper/cook who will be there from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm to tidy up and cook breakfast/lunch as per your request with the following requirements:
a) provide a list and $$ for the housekeeper to go and shop for groceries ($50 service fee)
OR
b) shop for groceries at the local supermarket yourself.
**The housekeeper does not work on Sunday**

EXTENDED STAYS:
We offer special rates for extended stays.

30 days- $6500 dollars.
approx. $217 per night.
Electricity would be additional and billed on actual.

For 45 days- $9000 total
approx. $200 per night.
Electricity would be additional and billed on actual.

For 60 days- $11,700
approx. $195 per night.
Electricity would be additional and billed on actual.

We would then need to make a contract with the resort to arrange payment for electricity.

Le penthouse est bien situĂ©, trĂšs propre, par contre c’est bruyant et il n’a pas de prise Ă©lectrique pour charger votre golf cart Ă©lectrique. Cet important dĂ©tail devrait etre ajoutĂ© a la fiche afin de louĂ© des carts a gasoline pour Ă©viter cette problĂ©matique

Excellent views and very nice condo.was nervous about having a maid, but was so nice and relaxing. Only recommendation - English Spanish barrier, but able to communicate with googleCheck in and out one more step than if you were staying with resort. Not bad at all! Would definitely rent again! Hopefully next year!!

Love the location as its close to Chavon. Host and Josephina were a pleasure. Highly recommend flying into La Romana airport as its at the entrance of Casa De Campo. Would like to mention that being a condo/apartment style building, you are reliant that the neighbors are considerate as patios are shared with small partition. Wish the pools were heated but it was January so cooler temp to be expected. One recommendation would be to upgrade the towels. The linens on the other hand are great! Thank you for your hospitality and helping us with our many guests in and out.

Gabriela was wonderful to work with for all our planning. PH is gorgeous and plenty of room and beautiful view! Gym across driveway so easy. Josefa made us delicious meals, kept the place spotless and washed all our closets daily. She is a sweetheart! We’ll be back for sure

Stayed at Altos de Chavon

Pros: The apartment is in a good locationnear Altos de Chavon and one of the golf courses. It is in one of the newer developments of Casa de Campo. Quiet location, beautiful apartment and attentive host! Cons: check in, we were told someone will meet us for the checking, but upon arrival to the property the maid had already left. It will be nice to have a good coffee machine or capuccino maker. The beds are way too soft, was unable to sleep in the master room. The small room matress was better. Will be also nice to have some regular channels TV to watch the news. TVs were availbale in 3 different parts of the house, but only the TV in the master room had Neflix. Checkout was also a bit chaotic. We felt rush, as the maid arrived too early and started cleaning and making noise while we were still on business phone calls at 9:00am. But the place is really nice and host is great of responding.

Wonderful stay!

We loved this property! The neighborhood setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the unit itself was more than we had hoped for. Between the spectacular view from the terrace where we had breakfast every day, to the creature comforts (including a super comfortable bed), and the close proximity to Altos de Chavon, we knew we had made a great choice for a place to stay. And it was a real treat that the house came with a housekeeper/cook! Gabriella was a great host, making sure that we had everything we needed, including a contact for transportation and golf cart rental, and being available for any questions. We can highly recommend this penthouse apartment!
