We are offering a 21-square-meter studio apartment for rent on the ground floor, renovated in 2020, in the Pas du Loup neighborhood, at the La Barque roundabout, in La Seyne-sur-Mer.

We have completely renovated this little haven to provide you with a cozy, practical, modern, and fully equipped living space. In fact, you’ll find all the amenities you need for your comfort in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, as well as Wi-Fi and air conditioning...

Our studio is ideally located in the Pas du Loup neighborhood: Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find a pharmacy, newsstand, bar-restaurant, bakery, butcher shop, Intermarché, pizzeria, hair salon, and grocery store...

The large sandy beach of Les Sablettes is a 15-minute walk away on flat ground, and the other beaches—Fabregas, Mar Vivo, La Verne, etc.—are just a few minutes away.

The bus network (Line 81 Langevin - Le Mai / Fabrégas, “Le Transformateur” stop) and the ferry service to Toulon or downtown La Seyne are nearby. If you arrive by car, there’s always a spot available in the small parking lot at the roundabout. (Note: Starting in 2026, remember to use a blue parking disc for half-day parking.)

The studio is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible for people who have difficulty walking or climbing stairs. However, the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.

appartement bien équipé le seul inconvénient c est qu' il n y a pas de place de parking accueil chaleureux avec la propriétaire je recommande cette location car l endroit est magnifique les gens de la haute Picardie
